I would suggest to only order during the daytime if you want ur requests done, night shift never makes the pizza how it’s requested, the Crust is always doughy even though it’s tavern style??. I’ve spoken to them about It and still no change. Daytime the pizza is always perfect.

Michael from 13750 N Eldridge Pkwy, Cypress, TX 77429 is amazing! The man needs a raise or promotion! I accidentally made a carryout order instead of a delivery. Called the number, after canceling and reordering as delivery, they told me it would be 30-45 minutes before delivered that's when I realized you get a call center and not the actual local number from the app. After hanging up the call just moments later, my hero Michael called. He explained, he noticed my carryout order had already been waiting 20 minutes or so and he was going to remake the whole order., I thanked him told him that was not necessary as I am aware this was my mistake. Michael explained he wanted to have it fresh delivered and it was no problem. I thanked him, and 15 minutes I had my fresh order. Tipped my driver and told him to pass along my thanks! ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Great job!

Worst pizza hut ever! I odered online, and they gave it to doordash. Doordash got lost and they told me they returned it to the store, I have proof on my phone on the app. I’ve called pizza hut and they told me they never received it. I told them I need my refund then. They basically gave me an attitude and didn’t care If they stole my money or not. I’ve talked to three different people there and they seem to have no clue what to do, and didn’t care anything about customers. They didn’t wanna give me back my refund, so I ended up having to call my bank They all were dumb!!! Seems like they hire low educated people to work there. You know why?? Because they are cheap! Get an education please! Do not order from here, they steal your money!
