Zach, this location’s manager, is absolutely top notch. He is the kind of manager that is always so friendly, so willing to help, open in communication, and always finds a solution if ever a pizza problem shows up (which are zero to none). We order pizza from Zach ever Friday, and I am so grateful for this location and their delicious attention to making pizza and most importantly… taking care of the customer! Zach and team, thank yall for being our Pizza Hut!

Ordered a my hut box, which consists of a two topping personal pan pizza and a side of either boneless wings or french fries, for carryout. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted and my order was brought out almost immediately. Pizza was nice and hot and the boneless wings were cooked to perfection & adequately coated in buffalo sauce. All in all a good carryout experience.

The young white girl who works the night shift is so rude! I went to pick up an order yesterday for DoorDash and she basically threw the pizza box on the counter. She didn’t say good evening, didn’t say thank you, nothing! If she’s unhappy with her job, then she should give the spot to someone else.

Can’t speak about delivery, but gave this location another shot after years of avoiding it. The service was great! The guy working the counter was awesome and nice. Food came out hot and fresh. 10/10 for carryout.

Here before close time, doors locked. Tried to pick up an online order, finally got lady to come to the door, she was very rude told us she doesn’t have any orders then relocked the door.
Ordered a pizza and never received the food. When I tried to call the store twice it rang until it hung up on its own. Then I sat on hold with customer service for almost 20 just to be told that the area manager had been told and was going to contact the store manager who may or may not exist because the phone seems to reach no one (their customer service couldn’t even reach them when they called). Can’t even get a refund done in the moment still have to rely on the unreliable store.

came in to fulfill a doordash order and waited in the empty lobby for about 5-7 minutes. multiple employees saw us and didn’t greet us or even give a simple “one minute”. a black woman came out with a black dress on, an airpod in her ear, and a nasty attitude. customer service was horrible! STAY FAR AWAY!

Every time I come to pick up an order it’s either they closed 10 minutes early or I get the worst customer service ever. The white lady that works night shift has the worst attitude ever. No eye contact, just a sigh when you come in, and just pushes the stuff at you and walks away. Literally right after I leave the store at 12:15 she goes an immediately locks the door. They don’t close till 1am on Friday. Lady needs to be retrained or removed.
