The Worst service ever. Thed did not ynderstand simple order made mistake 2 times and waited for pizza for 1 hr. No apology and no refund. Will not ever recomend this store

I recently placed an order here 1/1/26 And was told it would be about 15-20 mins. Upon arriving 20 mins later and paying for my pizza I watched and listened to the worker walk behind the counter and talk to his coworker about the order and it seemed like something was wrong as I watched them argue about the orders and opening and closing several boxes of pizza and even swapped pizzas in boxes. After a few minutes the guy in the front came back around telling me that they messed up my order and it would have to be remade. I was disappointed at the news but he offered me a free 2 liter of soda. I had to wait an additional 15-20 mins until finally my order was ready. I checked to make sure toppings were correct before I left. When I got home about 5 mins later I grabbed my first slice and realized the pizza was paper thin and could hardly hold on to the toppings. Im very disappointed at this location and management need to train their employees better.

I waited over an hour for my food while monitoring the delivery tracker online. As an hour passed, I was still waiting, so I called the store. I then had to wait again to speak with someone. I finally got on the phone with Joel, the store manager, who told me that my order had been delivered somewhere else.
He said he could either refund my money, since I had not received my food, or remake my order and get it to me as quickly as possible. While these options were acceptable, the situation was still disappointing. My full order was delivered somewhere else, yet nothing was updated to indicate that my order had been delivered. I found this to be strange, so I requested a refund.
Joel said I would receive an email confirming my refund, but I have not received anything yet.

Placed an online order scheduled for 6:30pm, I understand it's difficult for this kind of pizza places to meet the schedule but my order was delivered more than an hour late plus pizza was cold and burnt.

I ordered Alfredo and breadsticks added marinaraā¦. The breadsticks came flat and hard as a rock. Only the 4th time over years Iāve had a terrible experienceā¦. Every time I give them a chance itās something no matter the location. The pasta was burnt on top too.

Husband went to pickup pizza . I placed the order on the app. 1 cheese pizza that was burnt on one side ( they didnāt eat ) and 1 stuffed crust w/ chicken sausage , beef , onions, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms and banana peppers and a Parmesan cheese that we didnāt get . He took the pizza to work and didnāt get to eat it until he made it . Well here you go missing at least 1 of the 2 meats , no mushrooms , no black olives or bell peppers. Had to door dash something else bc by the pizza being all wrong and he doesnāt eat pork not knowing what they did put on it. I called to be put on hold and then given the run around. Tried the chat nothingā¦ I get off from overnight to return at least the burnt cheese bc the other my husband threw it away for a refund. Was offered a partial refund which is crazy and never offered to remake the pizza which out of all this I donāt even want it Remade . I will never eat here again. Itās individually owned and the manger will get the complaint and not do anything about it . Order was 48.88- the speciality pizza was the one we paid the most for to not be donāt right.

Poor service, got my order wrong and then boasted about how they normally charge for "sauce" .99 cents and ignored the fact i had to wait outside for 30 minutes with my children in the car for them to get my order right and done... how hard can fast food be. For some people this may the highest pinnacle they reach. Sad to say but its reality. There will always be fast food workers and pizzeria workers and even then they cant do their job properly. Then i even tipped before i got my food and poor customer service. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. Will NOT be coming back and will advise friends and family to not frequent this location either.

I called 6 pizza huts no one delivered 3 to 7 miles away I tried the tavern pizzas they were good while I was driving but looked old a hour later my big box pizzas didn't have enough cheese so I picked over it and ate what I could service was pleasant in store
