This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut experience.We placed an order at 4:23 that was supposed to be to arrive at 5:15. Our order gets delivered to the wrong house. They remake the order to arrive at 6:25. We literally have no cheese left on this pizza. The 2nd pizza has cold sauce on it. We continue to have issues with this store. This is not the first time.

Took an hour to be delivered after they quoted 40 minutes boxes were smashed food was cold. The cheese on the cheese sticks was never completely melted you could still see individual shreds of cheese. Just all around bad food.

Please teach your staff to honor the advertised specials that you have posted at your restaurant. And when a customer ask for ranch for the dinner boxes with wings to give it to the customer and not continue to insist the customer speak with a manager to get ranch with their order they are entitled to receive from the advertisement! It’s simply ridiculous and I should not have to wait for a manager to come and speak with me when I request for ranch! Then the young lady after I pointed it out to her continued to tell me I can speak with a manager! How do you sell people wings and charge them for sauce and train your employees to argue with customers over it. If the cost of sauce is that much money or you are saving that much money to ruin customer relationships over it you all should not be in the business of selling pizza. It is at least 20 pizza places within a 10 mile radius of your business and I will never come to your establishment and argue with your employees over dipping sauce again!
The order was correct, prepared on time, was fresh and hot when I picked it up. The employee was friendly and helpful.

Have ordered Pizza Hut a few times. But last night the pizza just wasn’t good. Was dry the toppings weren’t not the way they usually are. Just wasn’t good. Had it delivered like always. It was delivered in a timely manner. The driver was nice. Just the food 2 medium pizzas two toppings extra cheese. Should have called it in and took it back. Definitely was a waste of money last night.

Employees are way too laid back at this location. Pizza is either under cooked or overcooked. This location NEEDS to get better on how they treat and serve customers.

I don’t really leave reviews but this location has been consistently bad. Always have something missing (sides, dipping sauce and even ingredients). A couple times got called 20 minutes after ordering because they ran out of pasta/sauce and usually order around 5-6pm. As much as I can I go to the barker cypress location instead. Photo is of my last order missing ingredients
