I’ve ordered from Barker/Cypress PizzaHut a few times and definitely will continue to do so! To start off….the staff, manger and GM alone makes me choose to continue ordering from this location! HUGE thanks to Darryl (GM) for going above and beyond to Skylar (Manager) and Derrick (staff) always extremely polite, friendly and professional! Them and and rest of staff are definitely an amazing team! My pizza was delivered on time, great temp and perfectly cooked! Definitely worth more than 5 stars!!!

OK, you need to temper your expectations when you are dealing with Pizza Hut, but this was particularly rough.
We ordered the Pizza about 30 mins before we planned to eat, but were flexible. We immediately received an email confirmation that the pizza was estimated to be delivered in 30 minutes, which exceeded our expectations.
When it was more than 10 minutes late, I tried to get an updated projection, but all that was available was the ESTIMATED delivery time (both on the app and on the 'real time' link.
We tried calling, but I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and they never actually talked to me.
See attached picture - even more than 40 minutes late, it shows that it will be delivered on the originally estimated time.
At any rate, the poor driver who was set up to fail showed up with the food, which was very disappointing.
I believe that since the food was so late, it became soggy - the 'thin and crispy' pizza was not crispy at all and the wings were overly soggy.
Unfortunately, this was a birthday request, so on top of it all, it was a really disappointing experience even though our expectations were appropriately very low.

I had gotten Pizza Hut from my job recently at a different location and was impressed with the taste and quality. So I got the craving for it yesterday and ordered from this location by my house. Pizza was absolutely terrible. Seemed halfway cooked and tasted like school pizza. Low quality ingredients and undercooked. Would not shop here again

The person in charge of the register is the same cutting the pizzas. NO gloves NO sanitizer. Very unhealthy food sold there. Avoid this place.

I used to be a domino’s customer because they were closer to home, but my son wanted a personal pizza so of course you have to get the best! The location is always fresh, hot and friendly. I’ve only spoken to Lisa who is always a joy! Thanks PH for always making delicious meals?
I've pretty much have always received good service and good pizza. But this pizza wasn't fresh. It had to have been one that they didn't sell. It came out much faster than usual. I should have taken better notice. I definitely will next time.
