How can it possibly be this bad? I try so hard to order something here and the guy struggles with basic English. I’m not ordering anything complicated, and it seems like it’s rocket science to these people every time I come here. I promise I’m not building a rocket. I just want some fried chicken. They almost always ruin my order. Maybe it’s just this area but every Popeyes location in Cypress is almost unusable now.

Not too happy tonight with the lack of service I received. I can understand that a restaurant can get busy and I can be patient but the time it took for me to get my food tonight is a bit long and someone should be made aware. I walked in with my wife to order food for my family. We ordered 2 number 1 sandwich combo. We got a kids meal. And a tailgate special of 24 wings of 4 flavor's and 3 sides. The receipt printed showed 9:01 pm. I waited in the lobby with my wife at a table until 9:22 when my wife decided to wait in the car due to the smell in the restaurant of fried food. I finally received my food at 9:43. This to me was way too long and unexceptionable. Something needs to be done to prioritize customers. It's frustrating to see that food kept going out to the drive thru and the delivery drivers over and over again while I had to keep waiting on my order that took place way before the other orders. Please come up with a plan with your team so all customers get priority. Thank you!

Horrible service. Placed two orders for pickup, got to the store at 9:35 to find the doors locked. No one answered at the drive-thru so we drove up to the window. Waited for 40 minutes to only get one of the two orders. Just cook your own chicken instead of going to this

A disgraceful store. Do not order pick up from here. They don't give you your order even though it's ready inside. They locked the door before 10:00pm. And they told me to get in the long line at the drive thru. It makes no sense to get in this queue, my food got cold and they didn't deliver it to me inside. What a ridiculous restaurant, absolutely no customer satisfaction. They did not help in any way, no one has to go to the drive thru. I had to enter the queue from the drive thru. The food is garbage!!! I didn't find it safe to eat anyway! Because they avoided delivering it. It is ridiculous that the restaurant is closed when it should be open. Ridiculous business !!!!

Brunch of high school kids that doesn't listen. Order is always missing something and I have never gotten hot fries from this located. I hope they get it together.

Bad service, really long wait. I asked for a number 3, so it's a chicken sandwich with cheese bacon and pickles. I asked for no pickles but I guess whoever is in the kitchen found it funny to only give pickles and no bacon and cheese.

Stood there for 10 minutes and no one would take my order. The manager walked by me twice and did. It envelope acknowledge me. On 8/4 at 4:40. This has happened several times. This location does not believe in customer service.

The food at this Popeyes always taste good - the problem is the service. The staff moves very slow so be sure to come prepared for the long wait. They also are horrible at even acknowledging you, you enter the place nobody greets you and you can stand at the counter for a long time without anyone asking if they can help. I placed my order online hoping for faster service but that was not the case
