Waited 20 minutes just to order... 8-10 people and manager didn't know how to charge for a gift card... And instead of opening a second line .... She giggled and laughed even the customer asked did she want to help with customers until she figured it out.... It was at 650 pm on the 20th of December..

Chicken are never consistent. Sometimes good but most of the time dry and shrink up seems like been sitting on the shelve all day. Best to go to Church's Chicken a lot cheaper 10 piece/11.99 everyday

I literally begged the lady at the drive thru for fries and guess what they gave me? A side of red beans and rice with a “REG FRIES” label! It’s so absurd that I wonder if they were just trolling me lol. They also gave me SPICY chicken labeled as CLASSIC!

It’s crazy to me how incompetent this place is. I’m assuming maybe there’s a strong language barrier or something. Honestly places like this make me really yearn for the day that artificial intelligence takes jobs from these incompetent workers.

Last night, I ordered dinner from Popeyes and keep in mind, It’s the only thing that I’ve eaten all day. For one of my sides, I ordered macaroni and cheese, and when I opened it,
The macaroni and cheese was cold. After warming it up and eating it, a couple hours later I had food poisoning. I consistently threw up throughout the night. I know it was the mac & cheese because I was the only one out of my entire family who ate some of it and ended up getting food poisoning

We has Spick Chicken sandwich, it was awesome.
