My wife sent me to go get Popeyes’s and I decided to come here, first time coming to this store in specifically but the customer service was amazing! Young man was understanding, I didn’t really understand the menu and he helped me out which was appreciated! Asked for his name I cant remember it but if I remember correctly it was Franko? Awesome staff!

I visited this Popeyes and Had a problem with a order, the manager quickly came to assist with the situation and was very calm , respectful, resolved the problem with excellent customer service , Highly recommend visiting this location. 🙏🏾 Thank you so much Popeyes crew and store . Some of the worst chicken I’ve had from any Popeyes. Tried this one three times and they mess up the order every time. Won’t be ordering here ever again

It was good. And for the last half year the food quality getting really back. Ordered meal around 5:40. And the chicken is definitely left over from lunch time dry and over cook. Also very small and tough. Cajun fries was ok. Will going to Canes instead from now.

This is actually the worst Pop Eyes on the planet. The people working here must be under staffed or under skilled or both. It takes 15 minutes plus to get a classic sandwich, consistently. The staff don't seem to have a clue. . I used to love Pop Eyes. Such a waste.

My husband picked up a family pack around 330 this afternoon. The chicken color was odd and once we dug in, the pieces were burned. The fries were like cardboard, very stale! Tried to contact store but no one answered and didn’t allow me to leave VM. Not sure if it’s Sunday, or time of day they serve old bad chicken, but it’s not acceptable!!
