Pure Ignorance!Placed an online order as they are running an online special ‘if you spend more than 10.00, you get 6 wings free’ with that being said my daughter forgot to add the wings so immediately after she placed the order we called the restaurant directly and the ignorant staff member said you have to place an online order to receive the special. We explained the order was placed online, she put us on hold, then another ignorant idiot comes to phone to read us the online order and says the special is only if you order online!Now, how stupid is that?The order was $44.00 therefore more than 10.00!This is pure ignorance!

If you choose to utilize the drive through, prepare to argue and check your order. I ordered a 3 piece tenders with barbecue sauce. When I got to the window and was handed my food I asked “is the barbecue sauce in the bag?”. I was told you ordered buffalo sauce. I said, no I ordered barbecue sauce. He then points to the receipt and says - see it says buffalo sauce. To eliminate any confusion, this isn’t a self service drive through where I physically enter my order, the employees listen and enter the order. So again I said - I ordered barbecue not buffalo and finally after more arguing I was given a barbecue sauce. Unfortunately when I got home I then discovered I did not get chicken tenders but regular fried chicken. While this in itself is annoying, it probably wouldn’t have annoyed me so much if I hadn’t spent 5 minutes arguing to get a barbecue sauce (that I didn’t even really need since I didn’t get the tenders that I ordered). I seriously contemplated bringing this order back but I am sure they would point to my receipt and say - it doesn’t say tenders! Clearly, the person taking drive through orders can either not hear or not understand what it being said and then assumes because he entered it into the computer that makes the order whatever he entered it as. So anyway, I guess at the end of the day this is all really my fault because I didn’t check my order or my receipt, but I post this as warning so you don’t waste $10 and time arguing and then receiving an incorrect order. Just go somewhere else.

Some of the worst Popeyes Chicken I’ve ever had. So over cooked and dry. I was so angry when I got it home and we started eating it. I purchased this for my parents who are older and they don’t believe in bringing food back even if its bad but I really regret not doing so and speaking to the manager.

This is the second time we’ve gotten chicken from this location and it’s terrible!! The chicken is either over cooked it’s dry!! You can tell the oil they fry it in hasn’t been changed all day cause the chicken is just dark and really greasy !! Waste of money!

it's a few things I can say about this location...nothing good.1. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. I'm not sure if they are being lazy or what but every time I go to this location, it is always something missing from my order. A few times it was my side, my desert, or my sauces.2. I placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before I headed to the restaurant. I get to the window, and they tell me to pull into a parking spot, it will be a 10 minute wait. I thought the purpose of mobile ordering was so that I do not have to wait for my food. I am on my lunch break so my time is precious, hence the purpose of me doing a mobile order. I can literally count on 1 hand how many cars are in the parking lot (most likely employees) so being busy isn't the issue. Then, when I finally got my food, (40 minutes after arriving) they were still missing items and my food was not fresh. I thought after waiting, my food will be fresh.Edit: I ended up going in to get my food and when I walked in, they were just standing around.

This was the 3rd and last time we'll order from this Popeyes. My husband placed our order, was asked to move to wait on something..no big deal. After 20 minutes of waiting, someone walked out to the truck, asked what he ordered, let him know they lost his original order, and said they would remake it and get it out asap. We ordered a 12 piece, Mac and cheese, mashed taters and some strawberry biscuits. When he returned home, we ended up with cold, overcooked, tiny chicken, Cold and mushy Mac, $50 less money, and a bad taste in our mouths for this consistently bad Popeyes. Popeyes used to be a treat, apart from our local chicken place. No point even wasting the money.
