The staff is awful. Seems like they are deliberately messing things up. I got uncooked bacon on my sandwich and a WET bun. Rather than complain, I just decided never to return and post this review.

almost every single time i get something from this location my order is either incorrect, not made properly or something is missing. today i ordered 2 veggie sandwiches and both were delivered with strands of hair inside of them. potbelly at fry rd and 249 yall need to get it together.

Always enjoy coming here and getting a sandwich. People are always amazing and willing to chat. And their food, to die for. Love getting either the chicken club or the Italian. 10/10 would recommend

The best sub/sandwich place hands down!! Once I had Potbelly, I could never go back to subway.
My favourite here is the Mediterranean. If you haven't, do give it a try!

I cannot tell a lie, I eat a lot of sandwiches. Sandwiches are like their own food group to me. If you haven’t tried Potbelly’s I would highly recommend them. I am partial to a warm toasted sandwich and they serve up so really good ones. The chicken club is my go to for sure, but have had most of the menu. The staff is always friendly and eager to serve up just like you want. If you go to the Cypress, TX store be sure to say hi to Nadine the GM, she’s good people and runs a great shop. Corp of your listening bring back the smore cookie, that need to be a standard option. I’m not really a sweets guy but dang that cookie is good

This location is my favorite Potbelly location. I like the staff here. I always receive prompt attention and great service and the employees don't present themselves as really not wanting to be there like I have experienced at other locations. And, I like this location because of the glass partition that allows me to see my sandwich being made. Not all locations have this. And, I have had great guidance from the manager in encouraging me to sign up for the app to take advantage the Potbelly Perks benefits. Again, great staff and managers here at this location. Highly recommend over any other Potbelly location in the area.

The food was so good! I got the Italian sandwich. It was good, even better than Subway, in my opinion. The manager was very nice, along with everyone in there as well! I liked the milkshake, tasted like Vanilla Ice Cream, but as a milkshake.

I like the pot belly Sandwich. Hits the spot! But the true reason I go to this one than others is the service! Hands down to the manager. June 20 she presented the best customer service . A lot of places lost the meaning to customer service. This pot belly is super helpful! Thank you for the sandwhich and the great experience. I will be coming back again but also recommending this location to others!
