Terrible service! This bakery not only failed to respond to multiple messages and calls but also managed to completely botch my cake order. What I received was nothing close to what I requested, and the lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere unless you enjoy disappointment and unmet expectations.They had previously made a wonderful cake for my daughter’s 6th birthday but completely missed the mark on my husband’s cake. I had asked for a peach emoji. If one is not sure, then please contact the customer. Otherwise please warn the customer and let them know. The night before delivery I had even asked for a picture. No response. Very very disappointing. I had expected better communication.

I have to say that Pretty Baked is a great description of the Cake that I purchased for my wifes Birthday Celebration. The Cake was simply very delicious and moist. The first time you open the box to veiw the cake is impressive. Everyone was wowed by the Cake design and how yummy it was.

Wowza! I ordered a mini 30 for my daughters birthday. The cake was fantastic! We did the funfetti with cream cheese! Everyone loved it. The cake was decorated to perfection and looked even better than the photos!

Poor communication for a high priced product.Molly is not a good business owner she took over a week to answer me took my money and did not provide a cake. I’m so disappointed really left me hanging and scrambling to get a cake for my sons 1st birthday. I will never use her again.

Although the delivery was delayed by a day due to contact problems, we are very, very satisfied.

PRETTY BAKED! I loved my cake. My cake actually stole my spotlight. When it was time to wish me a HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY and the PRETTY BAKED CAKE was revealed, all eyes were on the cake. I received so many compliments about how unique(exactly what I was going for) the cake was and delicious. The cake tasted just as amazing as it looked. My mom wants one for her 70th. So, I will see you soon.

I ordered the mini heart cake for my teenage daughter and she loved it! It was a beautiful cake and the perfect size for her and her 5 friends. The customer service was great, the presentation, the embellishments, I just wished the cake was a bit sweater. My daughter said the macarons where delicious ?. Will be ordering again soon.

Absolutely amazing! Everyone loved not only the presentation but the taste as well. As someone who dabbles in baking myself, I’m a tough critic on cakes. My daughter’s cake was delicious. The cake was light and moist. I’m not really an icing person but, I could eat the cream cheese/ cheesecake frosting by the pint. It wasn’t too sweet or heavy. Perfect! It was so nice my mom, who lives out of state, wants to come back for her birthday just for the cake.
