In our community this Canes sponsors spirit days for the schools and donates a portion of their proceeds to schools, so as you can imagine the community follows suit and visits the location. While I think this a wonderful thing that they do for the community I want to share what really impressed me. While I was in line a gentleman showed up and I don’t know if it was the manager or owner but he jumped right in and started helping all his employees and guiding them, most of the team is younger so I am sure they appreciated the help. You don’t see that a lot and I just wanted everyone to know that’s how you run a good team.

Having just moved to the Houston area and having a teenage daughter who loves the food here, we had to try it. The food was great. The service was very good, quick, efficient and respectful. The time that it took to receive our order, through the drive thru, was phenomenal. We were in and out in less than five minutes. We've already been here twice and I am positive we will be back often.

It seems that their menu primarily features meat burgers, with a lack of options for seafood, veggie burgers, or fish. As a result, the available choices often lead to ordering fries. While it is understood that the restaurant specializes in chicken, the absence of vegetarian options presents a challenge.

Nice folks. Smiling. Made me feel welcome
On my way to Houston to be a guest at retropalooza in Pasadena this weekend I decided to stop with my and family to eat dinner at raising Cane's.
Standard location layout which is nice cuz it's always familiar.
With both my sons home from college for the summer I knew I had to go deep into my pockets to get the chickens we needed.
We decided to order the 25 piece tray for $42.
We added two coleslaws
Two breads
One fries.
This location does provide a military discount so we did receive $12 off our order making the total $54.
Now the reason for my star deductions.
Dinning area had quite a few tables that needed attention.
We ordered the food for dine-in but did not receive any plates so I had to go and stand in line to get those plates.
Not a lot of issues but can't give five stars when there's room for improvement.
Always a pleasure though. Always and great stop and eat
Walked inside around 2:30pm. Ordered a 3 finger to go, I sat down and opened it and maybe had 20 fries in the box. I asked the cashier and he said “well that’s why you ask for dine in, besides that they will ration you”.
Ordered 5 Combo’s, one was a 6-piece Combo, it came with 3 tenders and 1 tenderette… these people have ONE job 🙄

Food is good, but check your entire order before you leave. I've had several issues with them getting something wrong with my order. They seem to prioritize speed over making sure the order is correct.
They are awesome
The food was great as always for a Raising Cane's. A big issue is entering the drive-thru if you are visiting for the first time or with anf vehicle bigger than a Mini Cooper as they have retro fitted the parking lot. Stick to the original design.
Never failed us and they make sure to always add your extras you ask for
I always get the caniac combo and split it. Of course I have to get my own bread. The Texas toast is awesome. I don't like coleslaw so I double up on the fries and always chicken is a winner!
