I was very disappointed i really wanted chicken wings too after recovery from covid and now my husband is now in ICU in the hospital cypress methodist and went there to bring it with me to eat with my husband they were nice nothing disrespectful or anything thing like but they knew I was staying at the hospital and they said no problem they take 20 minutes to cook so I waited and what I got was not what I wanted the chicken had little sauce they were dry a look old and the fries were so so hot and I told them that I needed extra napkins and they gave me two . So now I paid for something that was not appterzier and just empty and sad thank you for what I do not know but thank you

Where to start? The waitress was inattentive and ignored my complaint that the chair I sat on was broken. She never got us refills. The previous visit we were given refills. My daughter ate half of her cheeseburger when she ate into the center of her burger has a quarter size dollop of season salt. I shrimp plate had stale cole and my Mexican corn was cold. One piece of shrimp was frozen cold in the center. My husband's fried chicken steak was a big chuck rubbery meat. By the time my daughter received her replacement burger we had finished our meal and she ate some. The w and her attitude changed when she dropped off the bill. When I complained to the manager his apology was insincere. We will not be returning nor do we recommend this restaurant.

Went to Willie’s Icehouse for take out! Service was fast! I had the Pulled Pork and sweet potato fries! The pulled pork sandwich was piled high with the meat! Both the pulled pork and sweet potato fries were delicious! Thanks to Shannon P.!
