Russo’s Bridgeland has the ABSOLUTE worst customer service. I live less than 5 minutes away. 9 out of 10 times, delivery has been late with the food arriving either an hour or more late. When you call to ask, they aren’t even apologetic and are plain rude. WORST delivery service ever.

Got a coupon that said FREE DELIVERY (all caps on the flyer). Tried to order and the employee wasn't able to remove the delivery fee. Spoke to Monica, the manager and she refused to honor the coupon. She acknowledged the coupon was valid, but they "switched to new delivery service" and didn't want to honor the free delivery deal, which we had just got on our door that day.

Absolutely do not order delivery from this location. We ordered a delivery directly from their website which apparently sends it off to DoorDash, but the dasher never delivered our food and blocked our number.

The store policy says they aren’t liable for deliveries since they use DoorDash, so I would recommend either using DoorDash directly or picking up in store.

Edit: In response to the manager’s reply below, we didn’t order through DoorDash. We ordered through the website and were never given prior notice it would be delivered via DoorDash and we also never received an order number or way of contacting DoorDash.

We also tried calling this store’s manager multiple times but was sent to voicemail. Again, don’t order delivery via their website. Either pick it up or order somewhere else. Not worth the trouble and you’ll risk having to dispute the charges like we are because you won’t get a refund.

My daughter and I both have the pleasure of sharing a birthday, we had initially planned to celebrate with family at a restaurant, but due to storm Enzo, many facilities were closing early or not open!

Originally, when calling around, this location told us they would not accommodate us if we placed an order 8 after 8pm for 15 people- due to taking their last order at 8pm. After calling several Russos, this location was our only hope to celebrate our birthday despite mother nature.
We opted to arrive earlier and order two party sized pizzas. At the time or arrival, we were informed we could now no longer dine in as they were also closing early.... we completely understand despite being told different on the phone.

We placed an order for two large party pizzas, two orders of wings, beer, and even received free chocolate cake!

I am ultimately happy that the location was able to help us, the wings were huge and the pizza was delish!!!

My only sadness is the forgotten extra ranch we paid for!

I recently tried the lunch special and it was fantastic!

The pizza was ginormous and tasted amazing — perfectly cooked with a delicious crust. The lasagna was served hot and was rich with savory flavors. The bread and salad were fresh, making for a great start to the meal.

The service was excellent with no issues at all, and both the cook and the waiter did an outstanding job.

The food was old and made me and my family sick. All the plates and utensils looked unwashed and it was completely empty in there. We ordered cannolis and they had a very sour and pungent taste to them. 30 mins later and we were all throwing up. I don’t recommend this restaurant in the slightest. save your money and your stomach.

Got take out, food was AMAZING but the young lady behind the counter talking our order on 12/16/24 needs more training especially in “listening” when taking an order. I gave her the first part of the order which was for our son at home and me. I was reading his order from a phone text, which was the Pistachio Chicken and Tomato Basil Soup, (in my head I thought to myself add my soup order now making it easier on her for 2 soups and not having to go back and add it when I gave my order next), then I gave her my order for the pasta. My husband gave his ordered and then we waited. When the order was brought out there was no soup, needless to say we were not happy but didn’t say anything till after waiting for some time when the other server saw us sitting there with our food getting cold. We explained to her what happened so she went to check on the soup. When she came back and told us it was being made fresh I thought I heard the young lady behind the counter say there was never any mention of soup. Which kind of made me upset since I distinctly recall trying to make the order easier for her. Anyway we finally got the soup and headed home. The Tomato Basil soup is the best I’ve ever had and both pastas were great. The meatball sandwich was good but could have used more sauce for my husbands taste.
