Horrible chefs. Overpriced. Imagine going to the steak house with 2 other people. And you all order the same thing - a medium steak. Isn’t that the easiest thing to cook for kitchen ? Yet somehow 1 steak was completely rare . One medium. And one well done. Do the chefs check the temperature with a tool like you’re supposed to ? How is there THAT big of a difference in each one when all 3 should be same . Food was outrageous. And me wondering how that happens while I’m paying $100 for 3 steaks is outrageous too.
Their servers move WAYYYY too slow when you need something in my opinion. They Forget items you asked for . They run 3 THREE table sections in this restaurant!!!!! But the servers take 5-10 minutes to grab something when you ask for it . 3 tables + that above and beyond Landrys training should mean way better and faster service, and not waiting 10 minutes for a side of lemons , more butter , bread , etc .

To be honest, we'd had some disappointing visits in the past, but we finally gave them another try (actually two) and we are very happy we did. The queso with brisket is addictive. The steaks are delicious, as are the brisket burger and the truffle fries! The service was excellent, both times. We will add this to our regular rotation of restaurants.

First time at this location. I ordered the Shrimp and Artichoke Pasta a usual for me at Saltgrass. However, the salt and oil was rediculous, some shrimp still had peel attached where it shouldn't have. It was less than sub par and I know this dish from several other Saltgrass locations. Our server was excellent!

Very bad experience, the food was not cooked as ordered.
We had a really bad experience at Saltgrass Steak House. We saw a roach right next to our table and it ended up coming onto our table. We immediately notified staff, but the response was disappointing. The manager never came over to speak with us, apologize, or even acknowledge the situation. There was also no offer to make it right after something this serious happened. I understand things can happen, but how it’s handled matters, and this was handled poorly. We won’t be coming back.

We’re regulars, but this last visit was a complete disaster! The food was cold, and the steak was undercooked, contrary to our request. To make matters worse, the waitress was terrible—she didn’t even refill our drinks! It was the worst $100 I’ve ever spent. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied.

We came in for my mom's birthday this evening. Our waiter was super awkward and weird but that's ok. Some other guy brought our food but it was half wrong so he took it back. Our waiter brings our food but hands one person their plate and the rest falls on the floor. Finally brings my plate but the steak was super iffy, never heard from a manager and paid nearly $40 for a meh dinner.
