TOWNE LAKE SAMS BOAT: DO NOT PATRANIZE FOR CRAWFISH.
Came out to Rhis location to enjoy crawfish on this beautiful saturday afternoon. Our crawfish came back cold along with the vegetables. sent the first set back and the next set came back cold as well. the manager is refusing to remove the crawfish completely off the tab although none of it was eaten. i’m having to call the cops myself because instead of making it right the manager felt the need to call security saying we still have to pay for the crawfish when it is still not being touched or eaten.
EDIT: the security officer came, basically trying to strong arm us into paying for the crawfish, saying he would pay for food he hasn’t eaten if it was him.
the Cops that i called did show up and shout out to them! they were very professional and understanding. from the moment they arrived all communication from us to the restaurant was handled through the officers. He worked out a compromise of paying for one of the trays only but the the waitress told us to take them both to go.
regardless please be aware of the manager and general manager. they have very nasty attitudes and horrible customer service. We asked for Corporate number well before the officers got there, and it took the officers going back and asking them for it again for them to give us the number.

Well, the food wasn't good, shrimp pasta was dry, and the fried shrimp was tasteless. Service was horrible. The waiter stood in place and passed the food across the table. He never moved to place the food on the table or in front of customers. The ticket was wrong overcharged, which has to be addressed when they open this morning. A big disappointment ? As for a tip, I gave nothing due to poor service. Better luck to you !

It was my first time here. I felt as if thecod fish was overcooked. The fries, coleslaw, and dip were delicious! I give the atmosphere 3 stars because we were there rooting for the opposing team and people were not happy.

this place cannot serve gumbo right. my shrimp and chicken were mushy, and it was too thick to be considered a soup. love the atmosphere, but, the gumbo was just not it.

Sam’s Boat has a fun chill atmosphere. The fish tacos were not great, but you HAVE TO try the boat sampler! It was amazing…shrimp, calamari, queso, chips, and crab cakes. The entire boat sampler was so tasty!
came here to celebrate my bday. Sat down outside and It was great at first I order our food and butguer was dry I ask for meat medium well came out well done. then my wings came out raw it was nasty i sent them back after 40 minutes the wings never came back I ask the waiter twice until i told him to just pack them to go.I had a couple of $10 off cards that were given to me by 2 of their managers. i have used them before and there was never a proble u til today. the manager Natasha was rude when I tried to tell her I had done it before and the other managers were okay to use more than one she told me she was not going to loose her job because of me. I told her to just charge me and I would pay with my credit card. she left and the waiter brought the check but not the wings to go. He left and 10 mimutes later I had to go look for him to see him talking to the cooks on the expo line laughing and my wings just sitting there. aweful experience on my bday.

Our waiter greeted us, got our drinks and food order. Then we felt like we were being ignored. We had a hard time catching him to remind him that we wanted to pay. We asked for takeout boxes twice, but never got them from him. Another waitress enthusiastically helped us out. Our food was a bit of a disappointment also.

Having to wait almost an hour for what ended up being lukewarm and mediocre at best dishes, a server that practically ignored us and who I had to hunt down even to get our check...I will damn sure not be back to this place.
