This has to be one of the worst schlotzsky's. It's not open on Sunday cuz they can't get anybody to work for them. I will never come back to this schlotzsky's ever.

Lunch here was awesome!! The place was cute and my sandwich was soo good. I recommend you try the tomato soup . They have outdoor seating and cookies that taste like home made. The staff was even so friendly, treated us like regulars . 10 stars!

Sandwich was incorrect and when I called to speak to the manager I was told manager not there and “I have no idea “ when manager would be there!!! Customer service obviously not a priority.

Had a horrible experience at this Schlotzsky's location. We ordered 5 takeout sandwiches, two of which were veggies for vegetarians. Unfortunately,, they had added chicken to both the veggies and we only discovered that after bringing it home and taking a bite. I called the store immediately and although the person who made the sandwiches agreed that she had added chicken to these sandwiches, the manager was extremely rude, and wanted me to bring back all the sandwiches and my receipt to give me a refund. The store is 15 minutes from my house and the kids had already started eating theirs , but he was adamant. Never going their again.

Very Schlotsky's like. Quick service.

No music, no lights on, just the sounds of refrigerators buzzing. Boxes of supplies are visible to customers. Tree by the door gives run down mall vibes. All windows are so disgusting I avoided looking outside. French dip sandwich was good but appeared like it took a bumpy ride on public transit as it had slices of meat not only on the inside, but 3 slices on the top.... hmm. Hope this helps mgmt.

The bread is not very fresh and it doesn't have enough holes in it .... More like regular bread than what you would expect
