I hadn't eaten at Schlotzky's in years. I was disappointed that the bread had changed. Bread used to be airy; currently bread seems harder.

Great deal after 5! $5 pizzas. And they have the right person in drive thru. Kind young lady name Daisy. I was having a bad day and she made me smile.

Daisy was so sweet and nice and patiently waiting on me while I figured out what I wanted she walked me through the menu(it’s been soo long since I been here) and omg I was soo satisfied!! Sandwich was soo good! Definitely going back!

Sunday lunch, only people there. Clerk kept having trouble with the register. After waiting a good while for her to figure it out the manager/owner, who was sitting close by the whole time, finally came to help. He couldnt figure it out either. We sat down and was told they would bring the receipt. When they did, we were charged for a combo that she said I asked for but didnt. But okay, took the drink and chips. We asked for Rye bread without onions but got White with onions instead. My easygoing husband said dont bother the clerk, she was new. No big deal. Then noticed they still overcharged us $6. With much discussion with her as the manager/owner sat FEET away. She ran the receipt again. Less the $6. By this time we all were frustrated.
I felt sorry for the clerk. She was under trained and had no support. Business wasnt great. Were the only ones there for Sunday rush. Manager/owner didnt care about his customers or his employees. Mediocre food. We won't be back. PS.... don't ask for complementary water...it taste like bathroom water.

Ya know I worked fast food all the way thru high school & part of college! I’m 58 now but still remember what it felt like when a guest showed up 5 min before closing! Sandra was so gracious! The whole crew, ready to go home to their family, must have thought “really” but never the less all pitched in to see we were taken care of in a mighty way! The food was delicious as always and not prepared in a rush rush way! It’s as if we were the 1st guest of the day!! My most heartfelt Thankyou to a Dynamite team, with a special shout out to Sandra! The kindness you put out in the world Sandra will Always come back to you! Thanks again, John and Suzanne

I was greeted the moment we stepped inside. The staff is friendly. Service was fast. The food was delicious. I love every sandwich I’ve had there. Get the sour cream & onion chips…you won’t regret it.
