Shipley Do-Nuts

I was very happy with how well the staff took care of my order. When I first went in the cinnamon twists weren't ready yet, but they told me when they would be ready. When I returned the pastry was ready and when I gave the women gift cards to pay for my selections, they admitted they hadn't had a gift card in a transaction before. They were willing to figure it out and surely did. Thank you ladies for helping me this morning.

No, that I’m a fan of Shipleys donuts so this will be a biased review. I find this place to be very professional speedy. The drive-through entrance is a little bit odd so it’s not one that you drive behind the building you kind of gotta do a U-turn so it’s not the best set up that perspective but the donuts come out awesome so the kolaches.

Direct parking in front of the restaurant is really just two spots one for handicap and the other night. The other parking is across the drive-through line was a little bit odd or the other shared parking lot with the other retail stores which can’t get pretty busy. However, I think walking to get donuts in the morning is probably a good idea.

The guy at the drive thru is super rude , I have been here numerous amount of times this was a disappointing experience.

The service was great, and our server was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the donuts were stale and shriveled - the sugar ones were especially bad. With so many donut shops competing, there’s really no excuse. I hated to throw out so many donuts, but I didn’t have much of a choice.

The store’s ambience was also disappointing; it felt messy and unkempt, which didn’t leave a good impression. Overall, the quality of both of the product and the store experience was low. I can’t imagine I’ll be going back nor can I recommend this place to anyone. I felt like it was a complete waste of money.

My wife ordered 3 dozen donuts form here. The delivery person only brought one dozen. My wife called the driver and the driver argued that the store only gave her one dozen. My wife called the store where they argued that nobody had picked anything up. We have our receipt we was charged for the 3 dozen however only received one. This is the last time I buy from you! You should hire better staff that doesn’t steal and argue with customers! Corporate will receive an email about this!

I usually love the Shipley Do-Nuts on Barker Cypress the donuts are always fresh. But this morning was really disappointing. I stopped by to pick up donuts as a surprise for the camp staff and asked if they could drop a fresh batch, like they’ve done before.

The lady at the register rudely said, We can’t drop any right now, you’ll have to wait 20 minutes.
I wasn't able to wait the 20 minutes and unfortunately I was given 2 dozen not fresh donuts. The lady packed them into a small box and they ended up smushed.
I could have gone anywhere, but I chose this place because I’ve always trusted the quality of food.

I went through the drive thru to place my order, and told the guy what I wanted. I get home and notice that the guy who took my order got it wrong and didn’t give us some of the order I asked for. I’m very disappointed in how they handled this.

I love Shipley Do-Nuts! Their donuts are always fresh and delicious. The drive-thru is quick and convenient, making it easy to grab a treat on the go.
