Shipley Do-Nuts

My wife ordered 3 dozen donuts form here. The delivery person only brought one dozen. My wife called the driver and the driver argued that the store only gave her one dozen. My wife called the store where they argued that nobody had picked anything up. We have our receipt we was charged for the 3 dozen however only received one. This is the last time I buy from you! You should hire better staff that doesn’t steal and argue with customers! Corporate will receive an email about this!

I usually love the Shipley Do-Nuts on Barker Cypress the donuts are always fresh. But this morning was really disappointing. I stopped by to pick up donuts as a surprise for the camp staff and asked if they could drop a fresh batch, like they’ve done before.

The lady at the register rudely said, We can’t drop any right now, you’ll have to wait 20 minutes.
I wasn't able to wait the 20 minutes and unfortunately I was given 2 dozen not fresh donuts. The lady packed them into a small box and they ended up smushed.
I could have gone anywhere, but I chose this place because I’ve always trusted the quality of food.

I went through the drive thru to place my order, and told the guy what I wanted. I get home and notice that the guy who took my order got it wrong and didn’t give us some of the order I asked for. I’m very disappointed in how they handled this.

I don't understand how this place is still open. They have terrible service. The last 3 times I've been there, the workers have been rude.

I love Shipley Do-Nuts! Their donuts are always fresh and delicious. The drive-thru is quick and convenient, making it easy to grab a treat on the go.

I don't know how this location has 4 stars because they have terrible customer service. They are extremely rude, rush you, and get the orders wrong. Today was the last time going here. We ordered 2 dozen donut holes, but instead, they charged 2 dozen donuts and wouldn't fix their mistake. We have given this place many chances since it's the closest to us, but I prefer to go to a location that's further away than here.

Shipley's is probably one of the few places which still serves great food at reasonable prices. Service here has always been great as well

Horrible service, today, Saturday at 11:10 in the morning, I went with my children to buy breakfast and we were served by a lady in a very bad taste gray shirt.

He didn't even speak a word to us, he looked at us in an uncomfortable way just as our presence would make them uncomfortable. I asked her if she was okay and she responded “just tell me how much you want.” We asked her a question and she seemed uncomfortable the entire time. I will never return here! Terrible customer service

My family loves Shipley. But not this one. I was surprised when I opened it at home. It was smaller than other Shipleys.

I drive a hour to work every morning. The only thing worth eating on the way is shipleys. I look forward to it.
I stopped by at 5:15am to get a kolache and donut, but the store was closed. ??? The lady at the drive thru was just sitting there in the dark, ignoring that I was there. Very disappointed. I get it, serving kolaches and donuts might not be your dream job, but to treat customers so rudely is unacceptable. NOT a good job Shipleys.

This is the second location I've driven to this morning. They open at 5am and I arrived at 5:31am. I ordered 2 apple fritters and 3 glazed doughnuts. Again, they had neither. Only kolaches and doughnut holes. Shipley Doughnuts, I'm a lifelong customer. I've been to nearly every location throughout the Houston area. When did y'all stop making doughnuts a priority? Why are you even open at 5am if you can't serve up doughnuts? Highly disappointed!
