Be aware. THERE ARE THIEVES working here. I went to the drive-thru. My order was $18, but the charge settled at $22. Turns out they added $5 tip without my authorization. They gave me my receipt and it only showed the $18. I go regularly because I take donuts to clients and keep records. I checked receipts and compared against what cleared my bank and found 3 incidents where $2 to $5 was added to the charge as a tip. Since it was drive thru, I handed my card to the cashier. They swiped and handed back. I was never given the opportunity to tip or decline. That's straight up theft. I'm filing a police report and there will be an investigation because my man is a Luitenant. Imagine if this happens 100 to 300 customers...daily. That's possibly felony theft.

I love Shipley. No one will ever convince me it isn't the best. Better than Krispy Kreme, cheaper than Voodoo, and they have the best kolaches! This location is my favorite. They've always been efficient and friendly, but here recently they really stepped up their game! They have a forever customer in me!

I hate posting negative reviews but this is the third time in 2 months I didn't get what I paid and asked for. Asked for a jalapeno sausage and cheese kolache and got a plain kolache. A huge difference in flavor, and you don't know until you're almost done with it. Person answering the phone blames the language barrier. It's laughable. Jalapeno in Spanish is jalapeno! I heard her say it from my car window. Clearly this is simply a bad location with no accountability. I'm done.

We have been here a few times now but every time we come to get iced coffee they are always out... the kolaches and donuts are okay but sometimes we got a cold kolache with fresh ones.
