We just moved to this area a couple of weeks ago and I was so excited by how close and accessible Shipleys were. The workers here are so rude and nonchalant. It’s really bad. Bad customer service can really turn someone off. My husband went this morning and said the ladies there really have turned him off to not want to go there anymore. Smh - I understand that customers can be just as difficult but not all of us are. My very first time visiting - the lady forgot to give us the juice I ordered and I had to turn around and go back in the store. She didn’t apologize or anything. She just put the juice on the counter and walked away to finish attending to what she was doing.

Absolutely love this place! The ladies that work here are the sweetest and kindest people. They remember my three-year-old Every time we go, and surprise him with toys and are so sweet! We love to go here!

Never hav ethe new kolaches. Thdy have them at other locations. Stop being lazy ! Your job is to make the stuff and have it ready. If you don’t like your job quit and work somewhere else

They barely have anything ready in the morning. Every time I've gone it just tastes like they grab day-old donuts and pop them in the microwave to hope you don't notice.

Mexican lady serves cold donuts first thing in the morning. How am I the first one there in the morning and the donuts are cold and hard like they’ve been sitting out all night. Come on now.

The donuts and kolaches are almost always fresh, hot and good. Service is hit and miss. There is one front facing female employee with a less than favorable attitude. We visit frequently either to pick up treats for the office, as a grab and go meal after morning sporting events, or as a weekend treat.

Against my desire to stay away from fatty foods, my craving for a Shipley Glazed Donut won. I also tried their bacon, egg, and cheese kolache. I'm not a fan. I think it's the cheese.

This is my first and last time coming to this location. How do you NOT have hot donuts and kolaches? Do yourself a favor and visit the location on Ella Blvd.
