So the location at northwest freeway did nkt have any donuts ready at opening so went to this location and same thing except she says 5:30 is when they are open I told her the website says 5 she says no donuts ready again why post u open at 5 if your cook get there at five or 5:15 nothing ready at that time???

Against my desire to stay away from fatty foods, my craving for a Shipley Glazed Donut won. I also tried their bacon, egg, and cheese kolache. I'm not a fan. I think it's the cheese.

We ordered 4 donuts and 2 kolaches. We were in the drive thru.They put the donuts face down in the bag so the frosting came all the way off. Mind you we opened the bags as soon as we got them right after we got out of the drive thru line. And they gave us the wrong kolaches. Pretty simple order and they totally ruined a $14 order. Will not go back to this location.
It would really help if your employees were trained to be friendly and have a good attitude when serving customers.

The donuts even at 6am seem like they've been sitting out overnight. I've been to Shipley's all over Houston and the surrounding areas for years and years and these donuts at this location do not taste the same I can't quite explain it. The lady at the window in the drive-thru in the mornings is rude and almost drone like, has no personality and refuses to smile. Cypress Texas deserves better.

I’ve given this location chances over and over again and they just don’t provide those typical Shipley warm donuts. The glazed donuts I’ve gotten the last 4x at this location were hard and cold. The staff is not friendly, either. Disappointing.
