Employee gave the delivery driver the wrong food order. Delivery driver apologized and tried her best to solve the issue. Called the store and the manger seemed to care less that her employee made a huge mistake. The manger tried to rush me and the employee off the phone and told her to tell me to call the delivery service like it was the drivers fault. Terrible customer service the employee and especially that manger.

Almost ever single day, Smashburger will email offers for discounted food or other specials so you can always save money by joining their Smashrewards program. The service is topnotch. Key, the restaurant manager, is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Smashburger, especially the Cypress-Rosehill location, without reservation. Thanks Key for giving us another great experience!
