If poor was a rating, it would apply to this store. The most unfriendly staff in place, absolutely no desire to work or treat a customer rightly. Goji smoothie bowl was wasteful as they are stingy in the granola and berries that are added to the smoothie bowl. It was like just eating the base for 11.99. I don’t know if all smoothie king locations are this stingy and rude, but I am taking my money somewhere else. Good Luck!

I Place an online order this morning and my spouse went to pick it up. A young black female worker (didn’t catch her name) that was working was very rude and ignorant. She wouldn’t allow him to pick up the order because it was under a different name, when trying to provide either name it could be under. She told him to leave and try another Smoothie King only to have to come back to this Smoothie King and have to order place in a shelf waiting to be picked up. This is poor customer service on smoothie king and their employees and if this is how they run their establishment it is unacceptable.

Recently I came to this smoothie king and was very disappointed. Usually the staff is kind, communicative, understanding but this time one employee was very short, and non understanding, who was the supervisor skylar. Something as little as allowing him to know there was no peanut butter in the smoothie after tasting it, and he continues to say there was. All he had to do was remake it. I'm a regular customer who uses the app, but I don't think I will be coming here anymore.

Today I ordered an açaí and a pitaya bowl and it was truly disappointing.This location has horrible service. Always has cars waiting for more than 30 minutes. Then after a long wait, you gotta rework your order at the window because they had all messed up. Then they finally give me my order, the pitaya bowl was completely melted. Just liquid with fruit, like juice in a bowl. The açaí was filled up not even half way, and when I complained they said it was an inventory issue and they couldn’t fill it up to the top. Then they should adjust the price since they only sell 1/2 açaí bowls…. Please compare the order I received with the screenshot of the menu picture. Ridiculous, why even bother to use rounded tops if you’re not even gonna fill it up to the top.I love smoothie king but this location has terrible management or smoothing king is completely falling off in general.
