Today I ordered an açaí and a pitaya bowl and it was truly disappointing.This location has horrible service. Always has cars waiting for more than 30 minutes. Then after a long wait, you gotta rework your order at the window because they had all messed up. Then they finally give me my order, the pitaya bowl was completely melted. Just liquid with fruit, like juice in a bowl. The açaí was filled up not even half way, and when I complained they said it was an inventory issue and they couldn’t fill it up to the top. Then they should adjust the price since they only sell 1/2 açaí bowls…. Please compare the order I received with the screenshot of the menu picture. Ridiculous, why even bother to use rounded tops if you’re not even gonna fill it up to the top.I love smoothie king but this location has terrible management or smoothing king is completely falling off in general.

As soon as we come in , not welcomed at all just only stares. Very unsettling vibe. I love smooth king but the associates need better help on training.Update :I tried emailing you at the address you provided , but it appears that the email address does not exist. Service was awesome and quick. Store was clean and very approachable when it came to the friendliness of the staff. The young man, can't remember his name it started with a J was just helpful all around.

This particular store should really consider making staff changes, I had the most horrific experience at this store. Hopefully I can get in contact with either the manager, owner, or Smoothie King corporate to share the details of what happened. I would hate to post all the details of what happened on a public page when it only involved one particular worker.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The little girl working was showing attitude in the drive thru and got my order wrong. Charged me for a 40oz when I asked for a 20oz. Then had me wait in line for 30 minutes. Terrible service I will never be coming back here

I had a great experience i went through the drive thru today around 8:50 and the cashier was so nice and kind made me feel positive and the drink I get js the hulk in strawberry and it was delicious too

They never have ingredients. They always say they can't make the açaí bowls because they don't have any anymore. The service takes forever as well. I honestly feel that it's another McDonald's ice cream situation where they just don't want to make bowls for you. I have been disappointed so many times and it's the one closest to me so I have to drive out of my way just to get what I want. Management needs to do better...

I love coming to this location! I come 2-3 times throughout the week before 7am and they always have my drink ready! They always greet me and have a positive energy which is very important because it’s 6:40am and usually people are not morning people like me but gives me a boost that Jonah and I forgot the girl’s name so sorry but they are the best morning team! I appreciate them!

Ordered a smoothie at the drive-thru, waited 15 minutes in line, and when I got to the window, they said they had just ran out. It was really unprofessional how I wasn't told that when I ordered and they asked me for my order again at the window.

Update:8/30/23I stopped by here today to get a quick meal replacement.My smoothie, a chocolate Hulk came out perfect once again. It is soo good!!!Thnx Milly.I've been a fan of Smoothie King for years! I appreciate being able to get a healthy snack on the road. I went into the location because I wanted to see inside this fairly new store.My smoothie chef today was Milly. She was friendly, fast and very attentive!I will definitely come back to this location.My Chocolate Hulk came out perfect!Thank you so much!
