Smoothie King

Another great Smoothie King location. I would always see this location on Maps but I could never locate. Finally, on a day I was taking Cypresswood Drive to bypass traffic on the 290 feeder, I drove past This Smoothie King, to my surprise...Since then, I frequent this location quite often. I’ve never seen this location busy, or even busy where you see standing people inside waiting for their order, it’s Great!! I bet it’s because the store is tucked away in the back corner of Cypresswood and Fairfield Meadows, hah!. The employees are all so chill, but helpful when questions are asked. Store is always clean and has two male/female bathrooms, which are always clean and up-kept. Superb location, everything I’d expect from a business located in Cypress/Fairfield. 💪💪🙌🙌👌👌🔥🔥

I have been getting the banana boat for years it's actually the only thing I get from smoothie king. I recently visited this location and as always I got the banana boat. I saw when they put the bananas in the blender cup they were brown but I wasn't too alarmed. Once the drink was handed to me I started walking out the store very excited to get to slurping. I tried it and immediately noticed that it tasted weird, sour and unpleasant. It seemed as if one of the ingredients in the smoothie went bad. I saw when the employee put the bananas in they were brown, so i assumed I was just tasting rotten bananas. I got my brother to try it to ensure I wasn't imagining it because he likes the banana boat as well. I reluctantly went back inside and explained to them the situation with the drink. They offered to remake it and did so with fresh bananas. Which was much appreciated and they handled the situation well. However I saw the employee make the new smoothie with fresh bananas but when I tried it and left it had the same sour, unpleasant, bitter taste with a foul smell. I believe the yogurt in my smoothie was expired. I ended up just discarding the drink because I didn't want to mess up my stomach. :(

I am stunned by the treatment I just received at this location. The older gentleman at the register was rude and downright nasty. I didn’t feel comfortable ordering. I said good morning when I walked in…he said nothing, just scowled. I asked about sizes, he simply pointed behind him (gesturing for me to look for myself). I asked another question, he did the same thing…I said thank you and left. He was extremely mean and totally unwilling to help. If someone from SK reads this please leave corporate contact information for more details. I called the store and he answered. I would like to speak with someone in leadership.

The general manager Antonio is very helpful and friendly the service here is fast and he keeps this place spotless after a long day at work I always appreciate the hospitality.Amazing experience here!

I purchased a medium large size $10 plus tip.. It was big for the size and it was
Strawberry Banana.. For me it was Very sweet ... Not sure if that's standard but it wasn't good, only sweet so I dumped it down disposal.....
Not sure why the issue but disappointed.. I put Smoothie into fridge but ended up throwing out

Cleanest building and best friendly service of all Smoothie Kings that I’ve been to. Manager Anthony, Aubrey, and Kayla particularly provide excellent service. Also, compliments to Ariel and Jordon who provide good friendly service on the weekends. The manager Anthony hires good people.

Always a great experience! The place is clean, the service is friendly and fast, and the smoothies are delicious. I love that they offer healthy, customizable options to fit different goals. My favorite is the Gladiator with fruit, super tasty and packed with protein! Perfect as a post-workout drink or a refreshing snack. Highly recommend! 👍🏻🙌🏼

I just left this location after purchasing a PB swizzle. Right after walking in they were friendly and welcoming. I asked for my bowl a certain way and I wasn’t disappointed. Both young ladies and the older gentleman were very polite and professional.

I tried their coffee for the first time and it was amazing! Their smoothie bowls are also my absolute favorite! I’d say it’s pretty fairly priced and is worth it!!!
