i ordered 6 jelly filled donuts & after i got home & we started eating them only 4 had jelly in them & 2 did not. he only makes a limited amount of cake donuts, including buttermilk. if you get there after 8 am they are all gone, but he has plenty of koloches left over. not only this but if you ask for a cake donut with icing on it the girl at the counter will throw in a glazed donut without even telling me. but since they charge me 5 cents more for a cake donut over a raised donut they will still charge for a cake donut. as far as bear claws they don't know how to make them also they do not know what a honeywheat donut is or how to make them. i don't belive he makes any danish? long johns, twists, boston cream filled long johns or a variety of icings on cake donuts or even buttermilk bars with chocolate or maple icing or even glazed i belive it is beyond his intelligence to make them. how can a person say "it's a donut shop" if they don't or can't make a variety of dounuts people want to buy & eat other than kolaches?

since you do not know how to run your business according to "supply & demand" you are losing sales to other donut shops.you insist to over make kolaches & raised donuts. plus make fewer cake donuts. not to mention your lack of a larger variety of donuts period. i'm talking about cinnamon rools, apple fritters, bear claws,in peticular not to mention danish. if you know what they are & know how to make them?as it goes your cinnamon rolls are small. your apple fritters seem to not have an ample amount of apples in them, to taste them.as many people are today they like to what i call is "skin the cat".this is come out with a good product at first then change it and add less ingrediencies to make more of a profit.besides being you make more glazed then cake donuts, whenever i go to buy donuts at your shop, your out of cake, so now i go somewhere else.the women you have at your counter many times has slipped in raised instead of cake because she was trying to get rid of all the over made raised your made.not to mention she has an attitude problem & is rude.

The lady who works in the front is so rude and knows nothing about customer service. Yesterday I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I got in the car it was a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I asked for a small cheese kolache for my son and she grabbed it with her bare hands. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance so I went back this morning. This morning I asked her for a chocolate sprinkled donut cause that’s what my son wanted and I watched her put a regular chocolate glaze donut in the bag. Like lady I asked for a chocolate sprinkled. And she never puts anything in a bag so I’m having to carry so much in my hands hoping nothing falls out of my hand. I will not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend that you come here or bring your family here.
