Ask your employee...Why they took my food back inside and never came back out...was in the drive thru weating for 45min...#7 with a big red
Came to get mozz sticks and a slush. Hunter didn’t even said hi, welcome or anything and was extremely rude. I had worked at sonic and this is not acceptable. Please fix him or take him out of the team.
Oreos are stale. Hot fudge tastes old. I’ve been to lots of other Sonic’s but at this one for some reason their shakes and sundaes just taste off. Maybe they’re making the ice cream wrong?

No complaints about the food at this location, but the sheer laziness of one of the employees.
When my order was brought out, my driver's side window would not roll down, so I rolled down the passenger side window and beckoned her to go around to the passenger side.
She then proceeded to ask me why I do not open the door and would not go around to the passenger side where the window was rolled down.
Due to the nature of my job, I am very wary of opening my door to anyone.
Sheer and utter laziness on the part of the carhop, I have never had a problem with anyone at other fast food places coming to my passenger side window.

I usually stop by here 2 to 3 times a week . My kids like to get a drink and a small snack after school. There is this one lady employee that always just hands you your food without saying a word. She just shoves the food in your hands and leaves. She never smiles and never says a word . She always looks miserable with a sour face. Turns out, sadly she is one of the managers. I had to talk to her because I never received my order so I needed a refund. She refused to help me. She yelled at me to just call the number online and then just walked away. With that attitude, I can only imagine what she and her staff does when they are preparing the food. Needless to say, I won't be stopping here again. She always gives bad vibes and is very hostile. I'll take my business to a friendlier place instead.
Hispanic women on the drive through was rude and kept on rushing me with the order.Talked to the customer behind me bout her experience and she was the same to her as well ,left with out my order because she ignored me when I retold her my order and even then I wouldn’t of ate there after that my appetite was ruined.

Went on December 4, with my family and we went through the drive through and had to wait for 20 minutes. After contemplating if we should even wait any longer a worker finally spoke up say that she was ready to take our order. While telling her our order she was rude and snappy, rushing us to the point that my father couldn’t put his order in. She kept on interrupting my father asking him what to drink multiple times but never gave him time to answer, my father asked if she could give him a minute to talk so he could actually tell her his order. After that she continued to interrupt him and in a rude tone told him “Fine! I’ll give you a minute”. My father tried explaining that he didn’t need a minute he just didn’t want to be interrupted and repeated the order one more time in full but instead got no response. At that point we knew we were denied service even though she didn’t even have the decency to even say so which continued to waste our time. At this point my father had to pull up to ask for her name and for a higher ups number (which she reluctantly gave). My mother had to get out of the car and apologize to the people behind us and asked if they had the same experience being rushed, which they said yes and that she also gave them the wrong order.

To the woman in the grinch sweater today, I’m sure you’re overworked and underpaid, but your customer service is beyond awful. Be careful before you turn into the grinch. Literally ended up just leaving.
Consistently disappointed in this location. Last few times there is only one employee, even during the weekend lunch rush. By the time our order came everything was cold.

Terribly slow I’ve been here 20 minutes because I have an online order at 310 I got here it’s 330 and I haven’t even gotten through the drive thru terrible slow service the manager needs to be fired or replaced with someone more competent to keep staff at a level where efficiency and service will be prioritized. I will be calling corporate about this. Worst service I’ve had in a drive thru.

Ice is great for tiki drinks
Came to try and get breakfast and rolled into a stall pressed the red button and got no response waited then pressed again and got yelled at over the intercom to wait. I waited about 10 minutes with no response before pressing the button again. I was asked what I wanted order and after telling the lady what I wanted I was told they had one car hop and to wait again. Well I would have at least liked to make my full order and pay for it then like you can do at the kiosk. The lady again went off with no contact after backing my car out there was a total of 4 cars waiting at the time for food so I really don’t understand how busy it could be for you to not at least take my order and have me pay. I also never saw a single order come out while waiting. This was at 12 on a Sunday so odd.
