Came to try and get breakfast and rolled into a stall pressed the red button and got no response waited then pressed again and got yelled at over the intercom to wait. I waited about 10 minutes with no response before pressing the button again. I was asked what I wanted order and after telling the lady what I wanted I was told they had one car hop and to wait again. Well I would have at least liked to make my full order and pay for it then like you can do at the kiosk. The lady again went off with no contact after backing my car out there was a total of 4 cars waiting at the time for food so I really don’t understand how busy it could be for you to not at least take my order and have me pay. I also never saw a single order come out while waiting. This was at 12 on a Sunday so odd.

So the guy came to our vehicle to ask our order….he was in aww that I wanted a RT44 sweet tea with raspberry slush. And stood the awkwardly for at least a minute. Once back inside he cam out to ask the size again….needless to say I got a medium raspberry lemonade slush. I know it was a horrible idea to stop at that sonic because every time we stop there something gets messed up. Kinda unbelievable the track record of that bad, seriously!!! Oh and the kid said that he has worked there for 2 years…WTHECK…and you can’t remember a 2 drink order. The other drink was a large Dr.Pepper with lite vanilla and extra ice. 50/50 I guess isn’t bad for some companies.

very disappointed with customer service. Me and my grandma went to sonic to get ice cream. The lady asked for our order and could not hear us and we kept repeating our self louder and louder and eventually she snapped at my grandma and screamed at her through the microphone with her just leaving after

Overall, I always have a good experience with this Sonic. The food is good, and it usually takes just a few minutes to receive my order. The manager seems to be a very nice lady. There is just one thing: I never get the sauces I order (two ranch).
After many orders, I decided to confirm the reason with someone who works there. After talking to a local manager, I was initially informed that I need to put the sauces in the order to receive them. I showed her a receipt where I had, in fact, done that; there were two ranch sauce included. Then I was told that ranch sauce doesn't come with the burrito I ordered, so if I want it, I need to pay separately or choose a sauce that comes with the burrito. (If I understood correctly.) I checked the app to see if there is such an option, and it seems you cannot pay for sauces there; you can only add up to five condiments for free. This whole thing doesn't make sense.
I mean, if you order something and it appears on your receipt, you should receive it, shouldn't you? ;)

Just ordered lunch via the app 2/28/25, 12pm, picked up food and got back to work to find half my order missing. No one answering the phone (tried for 10 mins). Out time, food, and money. Very unhappy and hungry.

Gave them another chance since the previous time I ate I got food poisoning. Order taker couldn't seem to get the order right. Then when the food arrived it was wrong and they forgot the drinks... The tota were under cooked.
