When receiving my food the gentlemen who brought it out looked like he hated his job, I checked our meals to make sure everything was good. We were missing gravy for the kids meals that I did ask for when ordering. Also one of the kids burgers had pickles in it when I specifically asked for only cheese and mayo, I let them know & the guy rolled his eyes at me. Another gentlemen came out and brought the gravy and said he wasn’t even aware about the burger when I asked about it, he asked for the burger with pickles & he came back with a “new” one . It was the same burger they just took out the pickles.I called them out and they brought out a new one but at this point I don’t even trust eating it.Very disappointed. Poor service & I had even left a tip. Won’t be doing that again at this location.

We were just picking up, but most of the parking spaces didn't have lit number to tell where we were. Awkward.
Always takes awhile to get the food and about half the time it's either wrong or cold and soggy.

This is more about the service - I am a doordash driver and received an order for this location. When I pulled up to the drive-through, I was immediately met with "we are closed" with no follow up. I was taken aback by the shortness which came off pretty rude. I said I had a doordash order and was told again they were closed and the order came in after they closed. No further explanation or help. I dealt with the customer and handled it with doordash, so no big deal and I've worked primarily in the service industry so I get trying to get out of there but the starkness of the refusal, the shortness and the lack of any help was just really telling of the service you will get here. It's fast food so what can you expect, but don't anticipate even the normal courtesy.

My husband was wondering why there was no one in line when he pulled up. Once we tasted our burgers we understood. The meat was obviously pre cooked cause it tasted old. The French fries were old. Remember he was the only one in line. The employees were great but I bet they don’t make any money. Last trip here too many good burger places to go to.
