This sonic needs a complete makeover or it needs to be torn down. Half of the stalls don’t work and are all beating up, I pulled into 5 different stalls before I found one that actually works. It’s November and they still have “spring is here” with flowers and butterflies on the glass.

Tried to place an order at drive through. Person would turn Mic on after they started talking and off before they finished so I was unable to understand what they were saying. Couldn’t place an order because of it.

I wanted a good Sonic burger. This place is not what Sonic used to be. Burgers had no flavor with soggy buns and our kids who had popcorn chicken and cheese tots got sick. We did an online order and it still took 20 mins after the app said it would be ready. Never ever again!

Waited 30 minutes for 3 slushys from an early placed online order called more than 8 times as well as the gm 2 times with no response and had to use the order button to get service

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Rude car hop. After I waited over 15 minutes for my order, which I never received, was never given a receipt after ordering or going to the door to cancel my order because I couldn't wait any longer and had to return to work. Was never given a receipt showing my order was refunded had to walk to the drive through window after knocking on the door with no response and request a refund receipt. All together a horrible experience and will not be going back or recommend this place. Also no one speaks English.

I love me some Sonic... okay!!!! However, this one in particular had a TOTAL of like 3 or 4 stalls working. The drive-thru line was crazy but of course, it was the lack of working stalls. I almost ALWAYS order on the app. All you could see was people circling around over and over. It was a bit bizarre. The next issue was the quality of our blushes. They were watery. It was almost as if the slushed had been sitting up in the heat for 30 min. (Not saying that it was, just providing visuals). Now I was in the area to meet up with family to get one of my kids, but I will most definitely NOT go to this Sonic again. Service was mid as the young lady just looked like her whole day had been ruined and didn't really greet us in a friendly way.

I ordered ahead of time and when I got there they gave me my shake and it was completely melted and I'm unhappy and unsatisfied. They didn't even have my order fully ready when I got there even though I ordered a head

The Sonic corporation really needs to do something about this location the service is horrible I got a hamburger the other day that wasn't cooked fully add fries that were soft and almost tasted raw... Not to mention they cannot communicate with a customer very well I've been coming to this location for about 10 years have never seen the service this bad at this location Sonic corporation really needs to do something about this
All I ordered was a large drink and it took them over 10 minutes. Plus I had ordered it online before I arrived.
