Yesterday I received hot chili cheese tater tots upside down in our bag. When we pulled it out of the bag, my hand got burnt and it was all over my car. I call the “general manager” and was told I would get a free meal for the situation. Said she would get in touch with the team and let them know I would come by today. When I went to the store, no one had any idea what I was talking about and when I spoke with the “general manager” on the employee’s phone, I was speaking to a completely different person. Really confused as to why this happened. Not trying to finesse a medium meal at Sonic lol

If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD!!! Only been here 3 times and Every Single Time! The Latina lady that takes the order is rude, condisending an STILL doesn't get my order right. After trying my best to clarify what I'm asking! Didn't even make it through ordering before pulling out of here for good. WHERE IS MANAGMENT

Terrible customer service. Lady at the window refused to take cash which is legal tender, and wouldn’t do a split payment, then proceeded to ask me to come INSIDE THE STORE to show me her POS machine. This is ridiculous. It also shouldn’t take almost 20 minutes to make Mozzarella Sticks.
