One of the best burgers I ever had in my life. The burger was hot and the tater tots were hot. Nothing more to say it was great.

Did you know that they had the triple smasher burgers?
The burgers with all the fixings, even the single patty, were huge and well seasoned!
And, oh, those thick cut onion rings, just like I love them! They were golden fried with a wonderful crunch!
I can see why so many people were coming to the drive-thru at lunchtime!
And let me not forget the Ched-R-peppers, awesome!

Ordered on Uber eats and called the store to confirm and when the lady answered she said they didn't have my order and said give her one moment then did not come back then hung up on me I called over 20 times after that to get no one in the entire store to answer the phone

This location has gone down hill. 3 times now they have totally messed up my order. First time I gave them the benefit of doubt. Second time I thought maybe they were just having an off day. This last time I've determined they don't know how to read. I ordered a cheeseburger and got frito pie wrapped in the smallest tortilla ever made. It might have been 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. Ordered the bogo smash burgers customized and both came just like it reads on the menu. Now that prices have risen I guess the quality of food and service is now diminished.

Yesterday I received hot chili cheese tater tots upside down in our bag. When we pulled it out of the bag, my hand got burnt and it was all over my car. I call the “general manager” and was told I would get a free meal for the situation. Said she would get in touch with the team and let them know I would come by today. When I went to the store, no one had any idea what I was talking about and when I spoke with the “general manager” on the employee’s phone, I was speaking to a completely different person. Really confused as to why this happened. Not trying to finesse a medium meal at Sonic lol
