I don’t get what’s going on at this Sonic. You are in a very busy market so the idea that most days there is only 2-3 people working is weird. On top of that 3-4 stalls are often broken. Tonight I waited 27 minutes for 3 drinks. There were 2 other cars next to me that also waited as long as I did. I did see a few cars use the drive through but I’m not sure why logistics are still an issue here. Every time I come it takes forever. Now, I know yall are struggling so I expect long wait times.
There is a guy here who I’m assuming is the owner or manager. He’s thin, salt & pepper beard about 5’9”. You just brought me my drinks and did not say a word to me. Not hello? Not here is your order. Not I’m sorry it took forever! Not here’s your receipt….nothing. I’ve never worked in fast food so I don’t understand the stress of it, or how stressful I’m sure running one is. But in the very least, you need to say Hi.

They have people out here walking up to your car while you’re parked waiting for food, asking for donations. She said $20 for a backpack for kids, I said I only have $7 on me cash and she said “I can’t take less than $20” but I can take a card. I said no thank you never mind then she said “I can take the $7 and put it towards a backpack then”… LOL. Can’t believe they are allowing her to go up to every car here and ask for money. There’s no signage anywhere stating that Sonic is working with this company btw.

So I just discovered something new at Sonic. Nothing food item wise but drink item wise. Take your old run-of-the-mill ocean water, not diet because I needed the calories LOL and add sweet cream! Oh my goodness gracious! Why have I never noticed this item on the menu before? It was so good I went back for a second one just before they closed later that night for myself and my son

The girl that took my order did a good job ! 9.5/10I got the popcorn chicken asked them if they can make it well done !!I ate most of it that’s why there’s only 2 left , it was so good !Service was a 10/10Good job ! Keep it up(:
