I'm really glad this place is so close to my house. Sonic always has the best burgers and Is it always hot & fresh. I'm sure we all know they have a great selection of food and different kind of drinks.

I tried the new Witch Brew drink which was really delicious. The drink has bobba pearls that are Carmel, with soft serve vanilla ice cream and an apple slushy. The combination is delicious and refreshing 😋

Why this sonic is still open is a mystery. I pulled thru the drive thru and no one answered me so I pulled to the window and 4 men were standing there ignoring me. I honked my horn several times and and the cook comes and says he can't help me. I honk again and finally a woman took my order. Get rid of the night shift they are worthless!

If I were able to put 0 stars I would definitely. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sonic location ever in life I got my food exactly 32 minutes after I ordered. I was hoping because I waited so long my food would at least be fresh. Not the case at all my tots and fries were ice cold and the dressings for my burger was definitely old. The lettuce was so withered that it was brown. I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted with this location. I will never be back again I do not recommend.

Terrible service waiting for over 26 minutes. For an online order.

I have been to this location 2 times. Their burger tasted awful. I took 2 bites, threw it in the trash.

Ordered a large cherry limeade soda. The man who brought out the drink was very friendly, but the cup was filled to the brim with ice. There was hardly any soda and it was finished in just a couple minutes. In fact it was so much ice, that when I took out the straw I was not able to put it back in. Also did not have the usual cherry or lime in it either. Probably will avoid going back to this location.

This location has gone downhill DRAMATICALLY. 2 different times recently I have placed a mobile order on the app when leaving my house, because I was in a rush. It's a 10min drive, plenty of time to make a drink & snack. Day 1: checked in on the app with my stall #. Counted 6 cars go through the drive, and another 3 pull into a stall near me, order and receive their food. Pushed the red button, when it was finally answered, I told them I'd been waiting on a mobile order. Had to repeat what my name & order was 3 times, but was assured it was ready & coming out. 5 minutes later, I got asked by an employee who was leaving ask what I was waiting on, so I told her my name & showed her my mobile order. She went back inside, told another employee (I'm guessing) and assured me again it was on its way out. Employee finally comes to my car but only has my food bag. Told him I was missing 2 drinks, and I showed him my mobile order screen. Back in he goes, and comes out with 2 completely wrong drinks (they were slushes & I had ordered soft drinks). BACK in to get the right drinks (after showing him my order AGAIN). Food was cold & soggy.
2nd: ordered 4 drinks on mobile app. Arrived and checked in on the app again. 10min pass with no drinks so I push the button. "We're making your drinks now, sorry we are short staffed". Ok, I can understand that as I have worked in the food industry & know how easy it is to get behind if you're short. 10min later we get served 4 melted slushes. My strawberry slush was like water with strawberry pieces, absolutely no strawberry flavor. There is no way they were making my drinks fresh when they said they were, otherwise they wouldn't have been completely melted.
This store used to be fast, accurate, and friendly. Now they're slow & rude. I have no idea what has happened in the last 6 months but it is NOT good.

I've been to this location many times. But today was the last straw I made a mobile order and nothing was right. I asked for no onions and my burger had onions I ordered fries and got onion rings I ordered a powerade and got blue water. Everything in my order was wrong.

20+ minute wait for ice cream. Paid with mobile app and order was never made, wouldn’t answer at the stall. Had to physically walk inside and show them my order and only then did they fulfill the order.
