Sonic Drive-In

Not the best location, not the worst. Sonic's app is not reliable. Sometimes it takes many minutes to get logged in and place an order which never happens at other fast food joints, and I have often visted and paid for cherries that weren't included in my diet cherry limeade which is disappointing. Other than that, the food is usually fresh and pur order comes out right mkst of the time.

Today I went through the Drive Thru the employee Deja was very sweet this drive in use to be very rude she was nice and that smile light up my day it was a bit of a wait but I’d come back everytime she reassured me my food would be fresh and she gave me a free cherry limeade token for my wait thank you back then they didn’t care how long I waited nice customer service. I’ll be back

This will be the next fast food restaurant to shut down here in Cypress

This girl name Julian is terrible I seen her on the phone doing nothing but talking about personal business and boys. She is very very rude and always in a rush. She took my order in a drive thru just to say they were closed after. Honestly she should be fired. The blond boy Arron I think is nice and yes he was in a rush but at least he handled it well. I don’t know what happened to this sonic but it’s only going down hill the food is sweet when it shouldn’t be some of the lemons taste bad and the outside doesn’t look like it’s been clean.

It's consistently slow service. I don't feel like I am exaggerating when I say you can anticipate to wait in line about 5 minutes for every car in front of you, possibly more.

Change the grease. The whole order tasted the same. I ended up not eating my order. They gave me my shake melted and it was a mess no napkins either.

Over all the service was just horrible. The person giving the order seemed very rude and didn’t ask if the order he gave us was even ours. I ordered an ocean waters (blue coconut) slush with blood orange add ins. But when I got the drink something was very off. Even through the lid I could see that the drink wasn’t purple. And since color theory and the mixing of colors is a known thing, blue and red make purple. Or something very simple to a darker blue sometimes. Expect my drink was a muddy blue that looked like it came from a swamp. I opened the lid to check inside only to find a muddy mixture of liquids and semi-solids that didn’t seem edible. It smelt like a mixture of the ocean waters flavor, expired ice cream, and a left out container of icing. I’m not quite sure what the staff was thinking or how they got that goop, but it surely doesn’t seem like ocean waters flavored slush with blood orange add ins. This whole experience was very disappointing!

Aaron provided amazing service! Despite a bit of a wait due to the dinner rush hour, he remained calm and efficient, ensuring our experience was wonderful. His kindness and friendly smile stood out, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

I'm really glad this place is so close to my house. Sonic always has the best burgers and Is it always hot & fresh. I'm sure we all know they have a great selection of food and different kind of drinks.

I tried the new Witch Brew drink which was really delicious. The drink has bobba pearls that are Carmel, with soft serve vanilla ice cream and an apple slushy. The combination is delicious and refreshing 😋

Why this sonic is still open is a mystery. I pulled thru the drive thru and no one answered me so I pulled to the window and 4 men were standing there ignoring me. I honked my horn several times and and the cook comes and says he can't help me. I honk again and finally a woman took my order. Get rid of the night shift they are worthless!
