Today was third time in a row that I have had awful experience at this Sonic. Wonder if they changed management? Because they used to not be this bad. The first two times, I had to wait for almost 30 mins to get my online orders. And then today was the last straw, I didnt have to wait quite as long as the previous times but they messed up half of my order and forgot an item out of 4 items on my order. I placed an online order so it’s not like there was a communication problem. They had my order in writing. Whoever that made my order, they just couldn’t read English or something.

I've been served excellent food at this location before so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that my horrible horrible food this time was a fluke. Maybe I came in the middle of a shift change. Or the normal guys back there were sick that day. None the less, my burger had a flavor from last night, my tots were definitely from last night and I got overcharged for my strawberry slush. I'll try it again, but a last chance experience for me.

Food is the same quality as any sonic, but this one is the slowest and most dysfunctional sonic I've ever been to, which is saying something. Make sure you have 30 minutes to wait before coming here.

this sonic sucks. they give you the wrong stuff and when you order a sonic blast its just vanilla ice cream with a little toppings at the very top. its supposed to be toppings blended all throughout !!!!! thanks for wasting my money

DO NOT GO HERE THEY'RE LIKELY TO SPIT IN YOUR FOOD AND SCREAM AT YOUThey made me and my mom wait for 40 mins without any update or notification that their system was down so I walked up after no response to pressing the button, I got up to go see what was going on, when one employee was already talking to me letting me know the system was down another one named Terese a large manish women came in screaming at me to get out because I didn't work there, and when I tried to descalate the situation she got lauder and began approaching me in a threatening and violent matter, I have never had a worse experience in my life, and it turns out in the 40 mins they hadn't even begun my order and no they weren't busy, 3 people parked several car lengths apart from eachother is not a busy enough day to warrant any violent reaction to a customer, this is a pace that has no place being in businessDO NOT GO HERE THEY'RE LIKELY TO SPIT IN YOUR FOOD AND SCREAM AT YOU

I became a fan of Sonic when I got a job working as a car hop back when they wore roller skates! So a long time and my mom loves the #1. So today after a very long day of testing i took her for her favorite burger. I decided to try their new "Garlic butter bacon cheeseburger" cause I was in the mood for something different and since chili has decided to spurn my love and turn against me, a foot long would never be mine againWhen the food arrived I could already smell the delicious aroma of grilled onions and garlic. And couldn't wait to dig into that burger! I really really wish I had waited. The first bite was pretty good as it was mostly just meat, cheese and bun, but then the second bite had everything. You know how when you're tasting something and you're trying to decide whether you like it or not? Well that's what the second bite was. Went for the third and it was a definite NOPE! I actually could not even bring myself to swallow it. It was so bad tasting out it went! I mentioned it to the car hop who said " Oh, but everybody orders it all the time!" Ummmmm ok. I don't know why. Try it you might like it let me know, but kinda thinking you probably won't. As for this location, it's an old one so it's pretty grungy looking outside and one can only hope the inside don't match.

Just went through the order line and spoke with a friendly professional female employee who took my order. I went to the window paid and waited 2 minutes and she handed me my order. Got home and the food was hot and very good. I didn’t get her name but the order number was #358014, tray D3, tag315, Dec 8 2023 2034 hrs. Maybe they can move her up the line and put her in management to train other employees. Thanks who ever you are.
We had a great experience! We added extra to our order and they were so accommodating. We did park & order at a stall instead of going in the drive-thru, so we could get the Sonic experience. Would recommend coming again.
