We had great tasting food. Food was hot. I had double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Spouse had jalapeno burger with tater tots, one grandchild had kids chicken tenders with FF, and the other had bacon cheeseburger with FF. Car was quiet while everyone are their lunch.

Really rude employees.
Went through drive through, no one responded. Went to the window, there was no one. Drive around and went to drive in stall and pushed the red button and waited but no one showed up. Wasted 5 mins of my time

The employees are lazy & rude. It's an inconvenience for them to do what they're paid to do, work. They give half your order after 30min & no receipt so you can't get a refund. This location is the worst experience I have EVER had with any fast food place. The WORST. You need negative stars to rate them accurately.
I got a cup of ice and a ocean water from here.. While I was eating the ice I looked into the cup and there was a bunch of nasty stuff on the inside of the cup. Before y'all hand out drink and food please make sure that the cups are clean on the inside..You guys can cause someone to get very sick by being nasty. If my late night crew was in this would have never happened. The day crew got to go..

Waited almost an HOUR for just three meals. They only had one person in the entire shop working. I am never coming back to this location if I can avoid it.

fix your serving time on the app. It allows you to order food at 7 am to pickup asap, but when you go to pickup your told they have no cook until 8 am and would have to come back after 8

The lady at the window seemed very inconvenienced that she got my order wrong and I asked her to correct it. The diet coke mixture isnt as good as other sonics I have been to.

I don’t understand how hard it can possibly be to do your job, get the order correct. I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger meat & cheese only, the gave me a cheeseburger with meat and bacon only. Another meal that was incorrect was the grilled cheese kids meal, tell me where was the cheese in the grilled CHEESE. Also what is this new ‘small’ size, like what??
The GM rude as hell…until I called and asked for the complaint line…He sound like a totally different person then.I usually don’t have any problems here.
