Poor customer service. I described the drink I wanted to order because I didn't know the name of it, but my friend had let me taste her drink yesterday and I loved it. When the attendwnt gave me my drink it was nothing like it. I asked if I can pay extra to at least have the boba burst to make it similar he said he could. He practically gave me a small cup of ice with a little bit of strawberry flavor for almost $6. What a waste!

Terrible customer service! If I could get this location a 0 star i could! I ordered a pink drink with matcha cold foam, but unfortunately they ran out of matcha cold foam and they didn’t tell me about it or it wasn’t even written in the app. I already paid for the EXTRA cold foam and they refused to give me a refund. I think her name was Italia

AMY is so amazing!!! I ordered an "oatmeal cookie" that I saw on social media. It was so amazing. The next day I had it another Starbucks that didn't taste nearly as good. She is so kind and really adds all the extras to it! Go see Amy!
We waited 20 minutes from our first drink being ready to our last (while other orders were filled). 2 of the drinks were made incorrectly. This is our 2nd visit where the wait was long & drinks were wrong.
