We came here instead of another market place to get coffee. Could have went closer to home. Online states 9pm, It was 8:40pm. They need to fix their online hours. Last time to support this coffee shop.

Young female barista told me and my kids she couldn’t serve me because they close at 9pm but it was 8pm when we got there. I told her technically they are still open and she said she takes 1 hour to close. She told me she only could do certain drinks. She did them for my kids but my daughter’s Frappuccino did not come out the way my daughter wanted it. I asked her to make it right and she replied to me arguing that it was the way my daughter wanted it. I told her to make it right which she did but in a bad mood. I will never come back here. She needs to be trained and tell her to appreciate customers no matter what time we show up. If the business hours say until 9pm she needs to have all items open until then. I worked in a food business and I have never behaved like this even customers showing up 5 minutes before closing. Give me a break!

I am extremely disapointed in the service I recieved here. I called to place an order with delivery, and the person on the phone was extremely rude and said “ill let them know” and hanged up. I was unable to place my order due to their lack of service.

When you come in the evening after 6pm you will find this location always closed. Always on break paper on counter. I shop for over an hour and location was still closed.

My favorite Starbucks!!! My coffee is always perfect. It’s always hot. Ms. Leisa does a wonderful job & so has everyone else I’ve encountered when she isn’t there. If you are new to Starbucks don’t be afraid to try new drinks as they are patient however they will perfect your favorite drink!!

I always receive above and beyond customer service from Yesi and Trey at my local Starbucks in this Kroger. I just moved here a few months ago and I'm a daily Starbucks drinker and easily make friends with my local barristas. I have to say when ever Yesi is not there, you feel it! She brightens my mornings and my drink is always ready and made correctly. I have received poor and outright rude customer service from other barristas at this location and have reported it to Yesi. Since then, I feel the overall customer service has greatly improved! It's so wonderful to see a company that supports Hispanic women in management! Go Kroger and thank Yesi for everything you do, you rock!

Worker Karyna ignored my order after I had placed it waited 20 minutes and kept giving people their orders after me even after I told her hey is my order almost ready she still kept ignoring it and giving more people behind me theirs. It was only a sandwich & banana nut bread for my 3 year old. Not sure why she treated me different than any other customer. Any other time I’ve gone usually everyone else is super nice and polite.

I understand employees being new and trying to train. But we went and waited 40 minutes and did not get one of our coffees before we gave up. They filled 4 orders before mine (people that got there after us). My daughter got hers 20 minutes before my son and was finished by the time he got his. His was wrong and they just stared at me like the did not understand, the sticker said VT (venti), they have him a grande. When I asked about my drink they could not find the cup, I told them they had filled 4 other orders of people that ordered after me, their response, “we are just trying to make the drink”. You can’t get a refund from them you have to go to Kroger customer service to get it . Never going back.
