I went to the drive-thru today, Friday, at 6:19 PM and sat at the speaker for a long time waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever spoke to me or acknowledged that I was there. Since I received no response, I drove up to the window. When I got there, and the employee( BIG GIRL WITH GLASSES) rudely waved her hand at me to go away and made a nasty face instead of explaining what was going on. She didn’t say a word, didn’t apologize, and didn’t tell me whether I could come inside or if the drive-thru was closed. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple explanation or basic courtesy would have gone a long way, and the way I was treated was not acceptable.

I tried the Blackberry Lemonade Refresher! It was so good, I personally would reorder it a bit diluted for my taste, it was a little on the more sour side but good nonetheless!

Don't go here if you want a matcha latte. I asked for one, and the matcha powder had not dissolved. Then they remade it and said it was done in the blender, it was disgusting!Last time I'll be coming here🤢🤮
