I tried the Blackberry Lemonade Refresher! It was so good, I personally would reorder it a bit diluted for my taste, it was a little on the more sour side but good nonetheless!

Food and drinks taste fine but only fill it to a tall size so note to self don’t buy grandes are this location they don’t fill your drinks! I feel like I just lost $2 from this drink! Picture below is when I received my drink it felt light so I opened both were the same….

Don't go here if you want a matcha latte. I asked for one, and the matcha powder had not dissolved. Then they remade it and said it was done in the blender, it was disgusting!Last time I'll be coming here🤢🤮

My go to drink white mocha frap. Notice the color isn't right and usually not have enough espresso shots. Tasted like flavor ice no caffeine. Refused to remake or refund.

Service here is great --- but man, who selects the Christmas music across Houston Starbucks? 4th time now, and the Evangelical Christmas vibes are so loud and jarring that it makes it difficult to do work or have conversations.

I've been coming to this specific Starbucks since the hurricane happened back in March. I've been to plenty of Starbucks throughout the years, but so far, this is one of the most welcoming and friendly environments I've ever had in a while.

Every single time I come in, I don't just receive a warm welcome, but I also receive some of the best service I've gotten in a while. I actually get a person behind the counter and not just some mindless drone who has to regurgitate the same lines on after another.

Today, as soon as I came in through the doors, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile for a server named Lily. I came in to order a Venti mocha cookie crumb. When the server named Kenny served me. He suggested that I could get it without coffee. I had no idea. I've been a member since 2013, and this is the first time I've been informed that I can receive my drinks, most of the time without any caffeine. The team behind the counter made my drink in a timely manner and attended me to the best of their ability. I kid you not. I drank and almost licked the cup clean because I love chocolate:) It's such a welcoming treat after working out at the gym next door. Before I left, I had some questions about the app and the manager on duty. Tanya helped me settle everything before I left. Leaving me satisfied until my next visit. I will definitely be coming back here again.

There's a Starbucks much closer to where I live, but I don't mind making the drive all the way over here if it means I get the pleasure of being treated like a human being as soon as I walk in through the doors by actual people.

Third degree to get the amount of cream I want in a regular drip coffee from this store.
I’ve been Starbucks customer for 15+ years and never received such stingy service. Unfortunately it is not an isolated event and I even called to question a $3.52 “Starbucks product” charge for asking that they put cream on the side of 2 venti drip coffees. The manager I spoke to told me this is not a new policy, which I know is false. I’ve never encountered this at any other location. Last time I ordered grande in venti cup with extra cream/very little room the drive thru attendant had to ask the manager what was allowed (cam back with a very long, confusing explanation about why we couldn’t have what we requested) indicating to me that they are training all staff to nickel and dime for cream preferences. $3.52 gets you a half gallon of cream at the grocery store. I wanted extra which is approximately 1 oz more than “normal”. The manager explained to me that they would not fill a short cup to the top with cream so she had to give it in a tall cup, thus the $3.52 charge ( more than each cup of coffee I purchased). I will be escalating to Starbucks corporate. Very frustrating and a great way to forever lose a frequent customer. I will avoid patronizing this location at all costs in the future. mcafe from now on. I recommend anyone who thinks they like drip Starbucks try anywhere else. Better prices better service.

I go to this Starbucks all the time. The staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always made promptly, correctly, and taste delicious.

This Starbucks gives out dirty cups. Be careful and check your cup for cleanliness. This time I was given a dirty cup in the drive thru with a big chunk of black hair on the side. In the past I would look inside my cup and find black specks floating around.

I have no idea where the negative reviews come from because this Starbucks has been awesome every single time I’ve been here. They are fast, efficient, friendly and the drinks and food are always good. These employees deserve a raise!

Best Starbucks around. Nicest staff. Super friendly. Orders are always perfect, and dare I say the drinks even taste better. This Starbucks has ruined all other Starbucks for me. When traveling, I awake in a cold sweat because I know I can't rely on other Starbucks the way I can this local gem. ???
