Got great service from barista Soraya! I always have great service when I’m at this location. Normally, I don’t ask for samples, but I was very curious about what the pecan crunch latte tasted like and they made me a little sample. Thanks for going out of your way for letting me try it without having to make the investment. Fortunately, I absolutely loved it! Thanks to today’s Starbucks team for going out of your way to help me out.

Stopped by this Starbucks today. I was the only customer ordering, inside and in drive-thru, and there were 4 or 5 employees in the shop. I had to wait for my order for 15 minutes and would have waited longer if I did not ask for the status of my order. After that, they started working on it and then gave me my drink like they were doing me a favor interrupting whatever more important things they had been doing in there. That did not make me feel welcome or want to come again. I remember Starbucks being a friendly and efficient place, it is sad to see the way it is degrading.

I order the exact same drink every single visit and I know the cost. Well today, the young man working the drive-thru window said he would give me my total at the window....which he did, but with the $1 tip he added without my permission. I always tip on my own, and I don't need your staff to do it for me. If you are paying with a card, ask for the card reader, and don't hand them your card.
