A nice little cozy Starbucks location with all the amenities one would come to expect. The staff were very kind and helpful. My order was processed quite expedient and with no errors. Great place to stop by and get a cup of coffee ☕️.

So many times I’ve tried to order food from here but they’re constantly out, so I have to go to McDonalds 😢. Not sure what’s going on with their purchasing but they need help apparently. All of the employees are incredibly nice and friendly and helpful and the line moves fast. It’s just the food - it always says out of stock at this location.

Walked in, was greeted and then no one out of the 4 people that were working took our order. We stood at the register for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were waiting so we left. And they weren't super busy. Won't be back! Way too many other coffee shops.

I chose this store this morning hoping for a different experience, but it has the exact same vibe as the one I just left. Everything feels forced and robotic. Is this the new Starbucks way? Rushing customers is not the solution to anyone’s happiness. The entire experience feels frantic and unnatural. While this location was cleaner than the last, the staff seemed anxious, nervous, and overly scripted. It’s noticeable and uncomfortable. Starbucks really needs to go back to the drawing board. Employees should appear confident and at ease, not stressed and rushing through interactions. Customers don’t need forced conversations or filler talk. We want focused attention, accurate orders, and a calm, welcoming environment.

This Starbucks staff is so lovely! They make this Starbucks a win…however, new digital menus don’t even have savory menu up? Furniture is cold and uninviting. For 30 yrs we have supported Starbucks. If it weren’t for the amazing people making and serving us, we would probably look elsewhere. Even our Tommy Boy loves his Starbucks Pup Cup!

Terrible service. Long waits. 35 minutes in drive through line and I was the 3rd car from the window. Ordered two sweet cream vanilla iced coffees direct from menu board - no special order - asked for SF vanilla instead of regular. Got plan black iced coffee - no creamer, no syrup, no ice. Car in front of us drove off impatient (before receiving order or paying). Car behind me started honking. 2nd time in a week the wait was unusually long. Ridiculous. No wonder Starbucks is no longer the fast coffee leader.
I admire the low turnover rate at this location; the baristas here are super sweethearts. They handle thing’s professionally and do them right. If there’s ever been a mistake or issue they are HAPPY to help. I just love them. God bless this building & every single barista & customer who enters!

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone already knows me by name and makes my drink to perfection. I’ve never been to a Starbucks so warm, welcoming, and full of sunshine. Not to mention, the drive thru is so much faster. I will absolutely drive out of my way to come here.
