They actually mixed my matcha correctly for the most part. Just a few unmixed pieces. I Came here after I was dissatisfied with the one in Kroger parking lot off 290! What a breathe of fresh air! Yes tables were dirty and and they were gossiping instead of taking our order when we first walked up like they didn’t have a whole line waiting but at least they made my drink and did it correctly! A little unprofessional but still got the job done! Yes we are ordering our own ceremonial matcha online so we can make it from home instead of being treated like we are a bother. Starbucks used to rule coffee but I guess they are going downhill so time to move on. If you have no other choice this one was very fast at making the drinks.

I love this place. The women Nikia and Jenny were incredibly sweet to my girl on her 10th birthday. amazing customer service. I will forever be a fan of this starbucks

I went through the drive through(which is a little tight but nothing too bad) and ordered a large caramel frappe using the app for the 50% off discount. Even tho the traffic made it take an extra 30 minutes to get there the frappe was freshly made and tasted great!

I didn’t ask for caramel in my vanilla bean creme but they put it in there anyways. Then they put on the ticket caramel drizzle yet this isn’t a drizzle. It’s a gallup of caramel at the bottom of the cup. I’m breastfeeding & that’s wayyyy too much sugar. Why add something the customer didn’t ask for? Now it’s a waste because it has to go in the trash. Also the fruit in my protein box tastes old yet the expire date is for tomorrow.

I made an order through drive up.... they for unknown reasons cancelled my order however i have a charge from them on my bank statement. No one answers the phone. Going to dispute the charge. Just go to the one down the street and save the trouble

I had to wait for 5 minutes for them to take my order. Because they were to busy gossiping..
Better to do drive view even when crowded as they randomly do walk in and mobile orders.
It’s always faster for me to go inside than use the drive through at this location
