The barista became rude in the drive thru line once she saw we put No Thank You for tip, there was no extra service provided to make reason for a tip. You don't have to be rude, get a new job if you don't like your wage. Tipping has gotten out of hand.

I ordered a chai latte with oatmilk. I got about 15 minutes down the road, took my first sip, and almost spit out my drink... it was made with regular milk! I couldn't turn around to return it, so I wasted $7! Seriously considering making a different Starbucks my new home, this one is just so inconsistent. What if I had an allergy to cow's milk!?!

I honestly don’t like giving reviews which are bad. I go to a lot of Starbucks as I travel a lot. Several years ago, I came to this particular Starbucks quite often. I’m not sure what happened, but the service was poor and the store was dirty (with trash on the floor). The seating arrangements could be better. It seems like it was poorly planned. I wouldn’t mention this because it could just be a bad day for them. The kicker was my coffee didn’t taste right. It wasn’t something which would change if I mentioned it. They got the order right, it just had a bad taste to it. It took a really long time and the baristas seemed more interested in their conversation than they were the customers. Not real friendly.

We ordered several drinks for our group and their baristas couldn’t stop for a moment to fill a water cup. We walked out when they kept taking new orders. This has never been a problem at other locations. It takes 20 seconds. Wouldn’t come back to this location and give them our business.
