Service is always slow here. Half the time they don't even realize a food order was placed until you walk in and tell them. They are always talking amongst each other and getting distracted from what they are supposed to be doing.

Store is too small. Coffee tastes and smells horrible. And they charge $5 for it. Employees were very nice and quickly made me a new cup, but that also tasted horrible.

Sometime the coffee is good sometime it’s bitter but I would recommend promoting Ahmed/Ahmad to a higher rank than normal he does his job good.

Just very dissatisfied & disappointed with Starbucks service. The coffee never even taste like coffee no matter how many espresso shots are ordered. This is supposed to be an iced shaken hazelnut espresso, it taste like straight milk. I ask the barista to remake it because there is too much milk & she questions why I want it remade after I already informed her it wasn’t made correctly because it’s too milky. Now I’m late to work because she has me waiting for another 5mins to get my remade coffee that still doesn’t taste right but I’m already late for work so I don’t have time for her to remake it until it’s right & she didn’t even fill the 9$ cup up I paid for. Insane. Very unsatisfied with Starbucks in general lately. I will try to black coffee company next door due to continuous unsatisfied trips leaving Starbucks.
They don’t greet you and service is poor .they gossip, laugh and joke on headphones. Avoid this location and go to the barker cypress location better . All are helpful and acknowledge you always !!

decided to give this place another chance unfortunately left dissatisfied once again ordered a hazelnut oat milk shaken expresso drink tasted burnt and there was more ice than actual coffee going to my regular starbucks next time
