Awful! Every single time.
If I put my order ahead or not, there is always a tremendous wait. Customer service is awful, no communication as to why the wait, especially when it is not busy. They definitely need another crew for the early morning. I paid for my items that I had to walk out without because I waited 25 min. They all act bothered if you try to ask for an update .

I had one of the worst experiences at this Starbucks again. I ordered an iced matcha latte, and somehow they handed me a brown sugar drink that looked nothing like what I asked for. I went back to the counter to let the barista know, and she said she would remake it. Instead of the iced matcha I clearly ordered, they gave me a hot matcha, which is not even close.
When I told the barista it still wasn’t the correct drink, she refused to remake it even though the mistake was clearly on their end. I gave clear instructions, was calm the entire time, and still got attitude for a problem I didn’t cause.
This is the second time this has happened at this location, and at this point it’s honestly unacceptable. Terrible service, careless drink making, and zero accountability. I won’t be returning.

Very slow. Had four people working (standing around) and one making drinks. I sat 15 minutes waiting. During that 15 minutes, they had to remake 3 people's drinks. Just not one of the best locations to get coffee if in a hurry.

This place needs to overhaul its staff. Cesar could not care less about being there, attending customers, or serving your coffee. Go elsewhere - there are plenty of Starbucks with dedicated people
