Always super slow and was just told 20-25 minute (followed by an eye roll)wait before I even began my order. It usually takes 20-25 minutes even when no one is there. Pretty awful service as per usual. Just don’t go here if you want iced matcha it’s never properly mixed anyway.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered. Service is slow. My drink has been wrong 3 times after waiting 20+ minutes. When you bring this to their attention they treat you as you’re a thief trying to rob a bank for billions. Nope, just want my $7 chai to be correct. My last straw was when my daughter went to get our incorrect drinks replaced. She stepped to the counter, explained the situation & they said ok…at which point she assumed they were making our drinks. I’m not exaggerating when I say 50 minutes later she was still waiting. When I found out I immediately drove up there to ‘relieve’ her. Found Thomas, the store manager. He went over and asked the employee ‘why didn’t you make her drink?? She’s been waiting here. I specifically told YOU to make it’. I can’t make this up, dude laughed in his face as a response. Then just stared at him. I was floored. The real kicker is I WATCHED HIM MAKE IT WRONG AGAIN, I had to correct him and I don’t order anything special just an iced chai tea as it comes! Never again, I’ll drive out of my way, they’ll never get a penny from me. Thomas was great though & offered a gift card.

If there was something less than a 1 star I would. This place is just terrible! Slow service, rude workers, my drink is wrong every time (I’ve been here 3 times and that’s already enough). I just can’t believe that this Starbucks could be tied to the actual name of Starbucks because of how terrible it is. Never have I experienced such rudeness and slow service. Been waiting on my current drink for over 15 minutes. And it’s a Latte! Never will I be back and I will never refer this place to anyone. I will make the drive to the spring cypress location (the REAL Starbucks).

I would fully recommend talking to staff if they have concerns with working at this location... The guy working with the chick seemed uneasy due to the lady talking about always closing? Understandable but maybe express that to a manager and not loud enough for everyone in line to hear...?

I ordered iced coffee, but the taste is different from what I usually had at different Starbucks. I am not sure what the reason is but the taste should be the same as all Starbucks.

Yessenia didn’t say good morning or you’re welcome after providing service. I wasn’t able to order any food due to the oven not being heated. She stated it would take 10-20 additional minutes just for the oven to heat before she could cook any food. She also sat my coffee down beside the one in the photo below and didn’t say anything so I was unaware it was my coffee. I won’t be returning.

What annoys me about this place is every single time I go, they treat you like you’re literally not a person. Every encounter I have it’s so ignorant from most employes. As of now I’m simply a server so I under customer service.. and with an even Higher degree gaining my bachelors in management! But simply because I’m young and black female they act as if I have nothing going. Rude behavior all around.

I ordered my drink at 6:40AM and there was 1 barista working. She prioritized all the online orders ahead of mine. It’s 7:05AM and I still do not have my drinks. This was a surprise for my daughter’s birthday before school. And I missed taking her to school because this location is under staffed. I will never be back.
