ordered a simple coffee they took 20 minutes when i finally received it tatsted like pure water told them to add sugar and cream they did not remeaid thats even worse and was cold, i threw it away, money down they did not drain

The atmosphere at Starbucks is supposed to be warm, pleasant, and calm. Unfortunately, at this location, there seems to be a lack of management. The walls are dirty, the music is loud and pop-style, played through distorted speakers. It doesn’t match the usual relaxing Starbucks vibe at all.

I went on Black Friday, and there were a lot of people, but despite that, my online order took less than 10 minutes. Very well organized!

Ordered venti gave me grandi. Asked them about it and they insisted it is correct. I put the cup next to a venti cup in the store., it is smaller.

I frequent this location in the mornings a lot before the outlets open since it’s the closest to Hockley. There’s one particular morning girl barista who works here, and she’s super nice! I love going when she’s there, I need To ask her name. My only complaint is this location is pretty dirty, it’s in need of a serious deep clean.

Stinky milk from a word biggest franchise! I don’t like Starbucks and trust me this is my first try and it’s worse smell Iced Cafe mocha! Customer service was good though!
They were having technical difficulties and literally blamed us for not ordering at a none working menu board very rude . This was very unfortunate we used to go all the time but we sence found a new location.
