I recently visited Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. I asked the barista, Amy Asian looking girl, for a cup sleeve since my coffee was very hot, but she told me they didn’t have any. I then requested another cup to make it easier to hold, but she refused to provide one. I ended up leaving with a cup that was too hot to comfortably hold, which made the experience unpleasant. I hope the store can improve customer service and ensure basic items like cup sleeves are available in the future.

Order coffee with cold foam the employee starts to argue with me saying I didn’t pay for cold foam I mean I already paid for 2 drinks with cold foam and I didn’t argue back for 1.50$ they will need it more than anyone but they have to fix there attitude with they talk to customers

ordered a simple coffee they took 20 minutes when i finally received it tatsted like pure water told them to add sugar and cream they did not remeaid thats even worse and was cold, i threw it away, money down they did not drain

The atmosphere at Starbucks is supposed to be warm, pleasant, and calm. Unfortunately, at this location, there seems to be a lack of management. The walls are dirty, the music is loud and pop-style, played through distorted speakers. It doesn’t match the usual relaxing Starbucks vibe at all.

I frequent this location in the mornings a lot before the outlets open since it’s the closest to Hockley. There’s one particular morning girl barista who works here, and she’s super nice! I love going when she’s there, I need To ask her name. My only complaint is this location is pretty dirty, it’s in need of a serious deep clean.
