The worst frappe i have ever tried. I had to come back to change my frappe because it was not sweeten at all, told the guy that it was tasting really bad and to add more sweetener to it, when he gave me the order the cup was all dirty outside full of caramel and overflowing on cream i said nothing and left. The coffee was tasting the same or even worst. I call the location i explained that the coffee was really bad and the guy said that the caramel Frappuccino’s had not sugar at all which I understand if it is the recipe, but i always get the same thing at Starbucks and it never will taste like the one at this location.Besides this location is super dirty inside, the prep tables were full of dirty, this can lead to health problems if it is always this dirty.

I come to this location often, as i work close. I’ve never encountered a bad experience until today. I ordered through the app, just a chocolate croissant and a hot caramel macchiato. I accidentally put grande instead of venti. When I pulled up to the speaker I asked if it was possible to be made a venti. She said yes and that i’d need to pay the difference which I was fine with. I got up to the window and paid. and when I opened the lid they had clearly poured the grande into the venti cup. the cup was half empty and the coffee was cold. Why would they charge me the extra all to put a cold coffee in a different cup? If I didn’t have to work, I would’ve gone back in and asked it to be remade. this is dissapointing

I’d return to this location again. It’s not my typical location yet each time I’ve been there they have been on point. They got my order right and friendly staff at the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Drinks have a decaf option and cake pops are a good option for the kids.

Employees very nice but the time that I wait at 1:30 when they’re not busy it’s ridiculous and they’re always out of stuff when I go they never have the grilled cheese and this time they were out of straws. The guy said they’ve been out of straws for a couple of days and I got a caramel crunch, frappe and it taste like milk and ice I might have to start going to a different location.
I ordered online at 8p. Very simple order. Pulled in the drive thru at 8:15p and after minutes of waiting at the speaker with no one to greet me, I pulled to the front. There was a gentleman there who mumbled through the glass that they were closed. I said to him that according to the online store hours, they close at 9p. He repeated that he could assure me that they were closed. It was really rude to not even open the window to say what he said plus I've never encountered a store having set their own hours outside of what is shared on the website.
