Starbucks has fallen a long way from its comfy 90s coffee lounge vibe and signature menu. The past 2 times I visited this particular location I was told they were out of or didn’t have the 2 staple menu items I’ve been ordering for the past 30 years (mint majesty tea or the Java chip Frappuccino). In fact, when a false rumor was spread on social media that the new CEO at Starbucks was making drastic changes to the menu items and I was told several weeks ago from the representative at the customer service number that it was a false rumor and to disregard. Fast forward to today and when I tried to order my signature drink, I was told at the drive thru they no longer carry it. I was served some other slop that was nearly $7 and the total opposite of what I wanted. I had already gone out of my way to get to this location before work just to be told once again they don’t have something that’s been on the menu forever. I immediately called the customer service number again and now a different representative from the Philippines told me there was a memo sent to all stores months ago that these items would be discontinued so now I am beyond mad that I was lied to by the representatives at Starbucks corporate. I demanded a refund and will no longer support this business since they clearly have lost sight on how to run their company. Perhaps it’s the new CEO’s fault or just a lack of accountability which we see far too often when it comes to problematic American businesses. Either way, I will now be going out of my way to avoid Starbucks and wait in the long lines at Dutch Bros for far superior and less expensive coffee. Congratulations Starbucks, you just lost a lifetime customer over your poor company decisions.

I loved my experience at this Starbucks location since Mayra, the Barista was very attentive and made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. I liked that the lobby was clean and had easy access to for laptop and phone chargers.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The crew is hard working and engaging, and they are very good at their craft. Josef, Daniel, and Abraham are the three baristas that I see most often. Feels like a small town coffee shop.

I literally have tried the oat milk matcha in also all the Starbucks in houston but this being the nearest to me has disappointed me the most. Can you see the color of matcha? It is the lightest of the green that one could ever see. If Starbucks wants me to show my Starbucks app and see how many matcha cups I’ve had and what quality they provide v/s what other Starbucks provide is absolutely different. I don’t know how. This is worst ever had

Very disappointed with this store. Please be aware that this starbuck will overcharge you compared to any other starbucks. I can get the same coffee I always order 40 cents cheaper at the starbucks just down the road. After a while those 40 extra cents add up. Please be aware.

I loved my experience at this Starbucks! The service was outstanding—the staff was super friendly and attentive. The place was spotless, with a cozy and beautiful atmosphere. I was also amazed by their incredible merchandise selection—they had unique and stylish products! Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Why is the espresso at this location always so weak? No matter size drink you order. Pay for 3 shots and it tastes like 1 shot / half a shot. You can get better espresso at the Gas Station.

End of the Line Fishing

Pre-ordered. Received half my order and had to wait 22 minutes for my last cup of coffee that I ordered. When I’m paying 7-8 for a cup of coffee I definitely expect better. Would t recommend this location to my worst enemy.
