Not being able to refill your drink is stupid, I would go to a different subway. There is one less than 5 minutes from this one that has better service and actually lets you refill your drink.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I couldn’t reach the store by phone and there’s no feedback option on the Subway site. My daughter and I came in after a long day and ordered two turkey subs. The employee was working alone and juggling a big to-go order, so we waited patiently. When we got home, we realized one of our sandwiches wasn’t ours—it was clearly part of the to-go order. We were disappointed, and I’m sure whoever placed that pickup order wasn’t thrilled either. The worker was doing her best, but for $23, it was frustrating to end up with the wrong food. Just a gentle reminder to double check your order before heading out.

Love how this place treat customers. Went here to ask to buy some jalapeño becuz another location only gave me 6 pieces for a footlong. This place just gave me a grab for free. Thank you. Will go out of my way to come here then ruin my meal to go near me with bad service.

I just returned from picking up an online order that was not ready for pick-up when arrived, and I arrived deliberately 10 mins after the projected time, because it was a '7 sandwich' order with 4 of the sandwiches being repeat orders of the same sandwich. I walked in with 2 pairs of customers waiting to place their order and the employee rushing to finish up orders for somebody, not realizing it was my order. I quietly sat near the area where orders-for-pickup would have been. Since I had just walked in I did not interrupt the employee making sandwiches and let him alone. At some point, he finishes making the sandwiches, bags them and uttered something in my direction I never heard. While sitting there, the employees shouts out louder that my order was ready. I left, took the sandwiches home expecting to find the effort of making my order will match the attitude to employee had on display... This was my last visit to this location. I literally live around corner, but will take my business elsewhere, rather than give this business one more dollar.

I visited this location today and had a great experience. I only stopped by because my daughter, who is autistic loves the chocolate chip cookies. Even though my purchase was not valuable, the cashier treated us like we would have made a huge purchase. She gave my daughter a genuine smile and talked to her as if she were her daughter. Simple things make anybody life happy. ❤️❤️❤️ GREAT SERVICE

Out of most things, including chips. Only had Dorritos. Do not order online, because you don't get what you paid for.

I am adding more to this with recent experience.... Placed another order today 09/28 and when I went to pick it up, they said they did not have order. I showed the order receipt and transaction derails. The lady at the counter was not ready to listen and said they closed the store at 9:30 but the store timing is until 10 pm. Another bad experience at this store. Do not order or goto this store, they don't care about customers.
Ordered via subway.com and after I went in to pick, they said they stopped offering flatbread sub. They did not refund or credit the extra amount after I switched to wheat bread(flat bread costs more than regular bread). I would not recommend to order online or go-to this place as they are not honoring online menus.

The turkey meat tastes old. There was a long hair in my sandwich (definitely not mine) and one of my olives had a huge pit in it. I didn’t realize it until I bit down.
