Order subway online and when getting home my son’s sandwich didn’t have any ranch at all very poorly made. My sandwich only had 3 strands of spinach when I said extra will definitely not be going back!

Nope! There was a complete language barrier and the person handling my sandwich did not understand what I was saying. God forbid if you have allergies. I'm just saying maybe jersey mikes may be the way to go. The bad part is I used to work at Subway!

Food was amazing perfect toasting on my sandwich and was able to pack in in tight without everything falling out as I unwrapped my sandwich! The service was so good as well their ice machine was down so the woman behind the bar offered me a bottle of root beer in place of my fountain drink which I really appreciate since I know the bottle was more expensive. I drive a lot for work so I’m not always in this area but I know if I am ever in that neck of the woods I will gladly return for a sandwich and be treated very well by anyone working there.

I have gone to this subway for years but it's been on decline the last 3 times I went and won't be going back. They may say hi but they don't act like they are there to help you or never says thank you. This was 3rd time they have not me do I want salt and pepper or oil and vinegar. Too many diff sandwiches now so I will start going to the newer franchises around.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Subway any where, she was so un professional , could not understand what she was saying, stay away from this location its bad and she was a very rude person , I will never go back and would highly recommend you don't go here either, place is dirty and the employee was very rude ,

The sandwich maker was excellent. She was kind respectful and diligent. There was an issue, however, with checking out. I was using a coupon and credit from the app and their register wouldn't accept the payment. They tried different ways and I even tried to pay with a different source but the system just wasn't having it. The owners happened to walk in during the issue and couldn't seem to resolve it either. They ended up having to do some recalculating and use different items in order to get the price more accurate. This process easily took 20+ minutes and was very frustrating. The Manager (NOT the owners apologized and kindly explained how they calculated to reduce the price as per my coupon and credit,(because neither of which were left in my account due to all their trials.) So SANDWHICH maker 5 stars, Manager 5 stars, owners (it's a good thing you hired good employees) get 2 stars. You really need to learn your system and be sure the app and your system can agree and coexist.

Haven't been to a Subway in awhile. New menu comes out so I wanted to check it out. All was well until I went to get my sweet tea. I wasn't staying in the store so I got a large. I filled it up and wanted to drink some and then refill and go. I didn't put a lid on it, thank goodness, because as I got halfway down there was a dead roach in my cup. It had to of came from the dispenser to the tea. I was told to grab a bottled tea from the refrigerator. No apologies, no sincere attitude, nothing. I will NEVER go back to Subway again.
