The food was good but the service was horrible. 1st the employee started putting the wrong meat in my sandwich and took it off the sandwich and put it back in the tray with the other meat instead of throwing it away which is very unsanitary. 2nd he overcharged me. I had a coupon for a 6 inch meal for $6.49 and I got chips and got one cookie. He used the coupon but charged me $1.69 for an extra bag of chips instead of the cookie. I asked for mustard packets plural but he only gave me one mustard packet. Everyone knows there isnt that much in a packet of mustard. I would have got mustard in my sandwich but im not going to eat it right now. Then they didnt have ice in the machine so I didnt even bother asking for ice. The line ended up being long behind me. I don't think I will be going to this location again even though it is closer to where I live. I will go to another location.

I order subway online from the store, and I ordered only chicken because I am Hindu. I picked up the order, ate a couple of bites before realizing there was beef located in my sandwich. This is completely unprofessional and disappointing, please do better next time.

I go to this Subway almost every day for lunch, and it never disappoints. Norma, the manager, is super friendly and always attentive—she keeps everything running smooth. My sandwich is always on point, exactly how I like it, every time. The place is clean, the staff is polite, and the service is fast. Hands down, I recommend this Subway if you want a solid meal and great customer service.

Usually a great spot to stop for a quick meal but it’s 10:42pm and they state to close at 11pm. But the girl at the counter said something about staying at the line. I translated it to mean they’re closed. Maybe lock the door and change your hours???
