Ordered a spicy italian with extra tomatoes and extra lettuce. Got a sandwich with JUST MEAT AND CHEESE!!!!!!! How do you miss one of the only things on the sandwich is it that difficult to read a ticket?

Ordered online and my food was ready on time. Ate half of my foot-long and wondered why it did not have guacamole. Opened up the other half and find a long hair. Disgusting! Will never be back.

Very very hollow sub we have ever eaten, we have ordered 2 tuna sandwiches, and we hardly see neither tuna nor vegetables. This afternoon guy makes the worst sandwiches , it is not first time we noticed him, evening guy is better.Not coming to this location
You guys need to stop hiring females that ain’t happy about making sandwiches!!!(Gothic girl and that Salvadorian or Honduran lady) have the meanest faces and to top off a terrible attitude!!!!

Used to love coming to this location but the people here are not properly trained. Asked for a FL Pro and they did not understand what I meant or what it was.It’s on the menus!! Lol asked for a Baja steak and jack, they had no idea what Baja sauce was.I swear maybe It’s just me, but something tells me that’s not the case. The lady and the gentleman behind the counter today knew very little about their menus. For now it looks like my family will definitely be sure to not order anything from here when those geniuses are working.

So last week I ordered a 6" chicken sub I notice it was a little on the light side but really didn't mind at the time also I figured the girl is probably new... No worries Today my husband ordered his regular sub and it was severely lacking meat. He mentioned to the kid making it they usually add 4 scoops of meat for his foot long the manager came form the back and told him no. This is my husband go to sandwich so he know what he is talking about. Needless to say we won't be back to this location This store i store is slow, lacks chips and sometime drink varieties. Idk rather spend my money elsewhere ... sad a salad picture attached
