Terrible attention from a Venezuelan lady, the treatment she gives to the client is rude. I would not return to this establishment again, it gave me a bitter time.

It’s subway so I don’t ask for a lot 😅 but I like that white lady. She’s always very nice and my sandwich is always sandwiching. I always come back

Staff were very slow at making the orders. Line got long. There was an offer to buy any sub and chips and get 20oz gatorade for free the month of October. They were out of gatorades but wouldn’t give an equivalent 20oz soda as a replacement. No internet or cell service in the store so couldn’t use the subway app for points. Diet Coke in fountain machine was flat and they didn’t have to replenish. Water in fountain machine wasn’t dispensing. Restrooms smelled bad and aren’t maintained. A lot of things falling apart. Don’t recommend this location.

Two times I have tried this Subway location, and both have been 20+ min delay on pickup. In addition employees need to be more polite

I usually come here pretty often and they are okay usually. But this time was ridiculous, I paid $10 for a sandwich that had only five pieces of turkey in like two pieces of cheese they were so busy that it wasn't even worth me going back up there because I had already waited about 25 minutes to get it in the first place.

Have not eaten Subway in a while...NEVER AGAIN! They changed all of the bread, it tastes STALE. NO selection of cheese. They use to have spicy mustard, that's gone too. Just GROSS!!!

The 2 workers are so stupid! they don’t communicate with the customers properly, had a big attitude and didn’t make my food!! the servings for the tuna were so small please go to the spring cypress location 10x better then this bummy place.

What I’m about to write is long, and I have never written a review like this, but this place took me by surprise! But I beg if you are thinking about going to this location please read this! Also if you don’t want to read it, let me sum it up for you and tell you DON’T GO!
Ok let’s begin,
While I entered Subway wanting to pick up my food after placing an order through the app, my experience left me with a NASTY taste. Upon arrival, I encountered a duo consisting of a lady with communication challenges, including a speech impediment and mental impairment, alongside another gentleman. Despite placing a straightforward order through the mobile app, the process quickly became frustrating. As the minutes stretched past the designated pickup time, I maintained composure, because I understand the demands of service-oriented jobs. However, what happened was a shocking display of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.
After that, less than 3 feet from me, the staff engaged in a conversation regarding my order, questioning its simplicity and coherence. Despite their apparent confusion, I refrained from saying anything to them about it, extending my patience once again. Regrettably, upon arriving home, the contents of my order were nothing like the specifications outlined. I’m sorry, it was 5 ingredients like you literally go down the receipt and do the order, it’s simple! A combination of incorrect sauces and random vegetables were on the sandwiches, with the egregious error of pickles adorning a meatball sub without cheese. Like they LITERALLY PUT CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON A MEATBALL SANDWICH?!! In a job where attention to detail is, such oversight is not only disappointing but raises concerns regarding hygiene and overall standards as well.
The focal point of my issues lies with the aforementioned lady, whose challenges seem to extend beyond communication barriers. While my empathy doesn’t want her to be fired, the gravity of handling food demands a level of competency that, regrettably, seems beyond her grasp. While I hesitate to advocate for termination, a thorough reevaluation of her capabilities and perhaps a reallocation to a more suitable position/job might be necessary. She clearly is not mentally there and can’t speak properly. I am also not a person who ever discriminates against anyone with disabilities, but if you can’t perform your job at the most basic level then you should not have it.
In conclusion, my meal, though consumed out of pitty, serves as a message to never come to this location. I beg of anyone who is thinking of coming here, don’t. Even if you don’t place a mobile order they will get it wrong IN FRONT OF YOU! The intersection of incompetence and indifference creates a massive issue over what should be a simple transaction.
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions please don’t eat here. They WILL 100% get your order wrong and this could be dangerous.

One employee was there and didn't speak english well. I had to repeat myself and hand gesture several things to get my two sandwiches& a pretzel ordered. She was friendly, but it took a long time to order to get it partially right.

Today was the 2nd time for me to come to this location. The first time was unremarkable, but today was horrible. There were two employees (one white woman & one hispanic woman) and very few customers coming in. The hispanic woman did not understand any English. I was not sure who was new and who was the more experienced employee - it was like the blind leading the blind. Neither of them could make our sandwiches without reading their cheat cards. I ordered straight from the menu using the numbers - the employees lack training. This was a disappointing mess. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times. After reading the other reviews it is clear the white woman has been employed at this location for years. I am happy she has maintained her employment despite the negative reviews, but she should not be "training" anyone or working on her own. I fully blame management - just looking for anyone to fill a position without skill or adequate training. We will not be back and will let others know not to waste their time or money here.

This lady had a long line in subway. You have a person with the same ethnicity as you to go from waiting in line to purchase and leave. While other customers been waiting well over 15 minutes to be serve.That was disrespectful to all customers and racist in the process.
