Ordered online for pickup. This location is opened 24/7. They ran out of the churros and gladly replaced with the. pretzel. I wish it came with some cheese.

The food was alright, they were out of a lot which makes sense for New Years weekend but the service was eternal. I blame the managers not the worker. understaffing on a busy weekend during busy hours at a 24 location

So my girlfriend placed an order for pick up online and the order took the money but said error. Me and my girlfriend called the store multiple times to see if they got the order but no one answered, in total called about 15 times. I decided to go to the store in person to see if they got it and it was empty so I called to see if the phones work. When I called the phone rung loud and all the workers looked at the phone and chose not to pick it up, I called 3x in the store and watched them disregard the phone. I can understand if it’s busy but with no one in the store the workers shouldn’t disregard the phone because of whatever reason. Terrible integrity.

If your ordering online, DO NOT!!! I placed 5 orders for 6 in. subs and I got lucky to have only 1 of 5 orders to be correct entirely. A mistake on my part to trust employees to add simple ingredients without me being present and I would not recommend placing orders online. Food was mid to say the least but I will learn from this horrible experience and never order from this location again. Only upside to this entire experience is that they were late by only 3 minutes.

Some of the most incompetent people. I ordered online 2 sandwiches a bmt and tuna. It’s not rocket science. How can three people working get an order wrong twice. First time I got two tunas. I had to go back into the store to get the proper sandwich and they was ready to let me leave with one sandwich in hand. When I asked for a refund I was told I’d have to wait because there are no managers on duty. For a busy store it’s unimaginable that they would not have a manager in store to handle the incompetence of three employees. And the store is dirty and nasty looking. Do better Subway, do better.

Don't go at any point during what you would consider to be "night shift". If the normal guy is working- he's awful. He's slow, barely communicates with customers, and NEVER gets your order right. Whether that be a online order with every ingredient listed or when you're telling them to him one by one. He will still somehow F*** up your subs. We've been patient and we've been understanding but after half a dozen visits with the same sad results every time, find another 24 hour subway if that's when you're choosing to go.

Came in at 2am Friday night craving a Tuna sandwich. Service was quick, there was 2 people ahead of me and the two employees working that night got through them pretty quickly. I was nervous to come based on the mixed reviews but I have no complaints, it's not the most organized establishment when it comes to the topping mixing a little bit but they are very clean. Always putting on new gloves when making a new sandwich. I saw a couple complaints on yelp that their sandwich was cold, the person in front of me got a toasted sandwich and it looked pretty warm to me. Overall my first experience getting subway at 2am went great. I would recommend coming here for your late night or early morning cravings.

Today I went to buy a subway to this location and when I entered I looked at the person behind the annoying line and when I was ordering she acted with a bad attitude, then I asked her for my toasted sandwich and she told me that the toaster didn't workLater I asked her for the accompaniments for the sandwich and she behaves with a bad attitude and I just asked her if she felt good why she behaved like that with me with her bad attitude and she told me do you want the sawduich or not and I left the storeThose people shouldn't work here. She doesn't look good and her attitude is bad. Her name is Katia.

terrible subway. food was cold. horrible service and on top of that they steal your money. added an extra sandwich to the receipt. came back in not even 30 mins later requesting our money back. never got it. They checked the cameras and admitted to their mistake but said they're was nothing they could do since there was no manager. They promised a manager would get in touch with us the next day since it was late in the night. no one ever called about returning the money. we called the store multiple times. suprise, no answer. The girls working the night shift were rude argumentative and liars. if u read this take your money elsewhere.
