I specifically come to this Subway because I've never been disappointed. Every time I come in, I've received a good portion, with all the "fixings and bread" of my choice available on hand, and excellent personalized service.I actually live closer to another Subway but drive a little further because of the atmosphere and quality of service.All the workers are very friendly and the manager is the best. The place is clean, friendly and inviting. You should check it out.

They do not let you use coupons.Than lady lied they do not apply for the sandwiches I am getting. The same type of coupon I used 2 days ago in another location.

SO, today my son and I stopped here to get lunch. My son leaned on the glass divider and it fell over, (like it closed downward) hurting an employee's arm. The manager threatened to call the police on my 9 year old child because he leaned on the glass. The glass was supposed to be held in place by a little bar that locks into place to hold the glass up, however the manager admitted to not wanting to lock it into place becuase he once had to pay a lot of money to replace the entire glass after someone fell on the glass which caused the locking mechanism to crack the glass. So to avoid having to pay for another possible cracked glass, he choice not to secure the divider in place and then blamed my child for hurting his worker. Had the divider been locked into place like it was designed to be, then his worker would not have gotten hurt. He chose to save money instead of protecting his employees. SO, instead of calling the poice on my child, his worker needs to file a workers comp. claim against his business and or call a lawyer. I wonder if he would have threatened to call the police on a White, Asian, or Indian child? I'm sure the answer is no.

Total incompetence. Ordered two footlongs and waited 20 mins while they made them. They made both completely wrong, swapping all the toppings between the two of them, and still missing some. Worst performance by a subway ever.

I went to the subway on North Eldridge and Cypress North Houston . I had a 599 coupon and I ordered a sandwich at the coupon should cover . I I gave the coupon to them at checkout and was told that coupon sandwiches are not the same as the ones in the store . Hello! Coupon sandwiches are are not the same ? They charged me extra for the sandwich . So, I went back with another $5.99 coupon . This time I'm told the only thing I can get with that coupon is one meat and one cheese . Absolutely not what the coupon said . So, I'm there and I get the ham and cheese . Would you believe there was only one layer of ham ? Hello, that's when you ask where's the meat .?? Definitely not happy with this location .

This place gives Subway a black eye when it comes to coupons. I had a $5.99 coupon and it had excluded the wraps, the monster, the mexical, the turkey cal club, the Beast, and the garlic roast beef. I asked for the All-American club and was told it was not available for the $5.99 coupon. I was told the only thing they would give me on the coupon was one meat and one cheese and the veggies. Absolutely not what the coupon said. I was also told that coupon sandwiches were not the same as the sandwiches sold in the store. Hello! That sure does seem weird to me. Coupons sandwiches are not the same as the ones in the store?? They gave me a ham and cheese. It was not what I was looking for so I left with a sour taste in my mouth to say the least.If you have a coupon I'd suggest going somewhere else.Corner of N Eldridge and Cypress N. Houston.IF YOU GET A COUPON SANDWICH...YOU WILL BE ASKING...WHERE'S THE MEAT???
